Can't complete misson destroyed by grief

Hi  I've been having a problem with the misson destroyed by grief I've received the letter from Horley opened and red the letter but the misson won't spawn not sure what's going on every time I try it's the same has anyone else had the same issue or found a fix for it.

Did you do the mission with someone else prior to getting your letter? If you did, that mission may not show up on your map but already be on your story progress list. If so you can launch it from there.

My online story progress is 92% complete I just can't get destroyed by grief to spawn after reading the letter I've tryed to restart the ps4 then try again but no luck  ..

IDK.  This game is filled with bugs but only thing I can think of is...

Is your hostility too low or too high?   

Try loading from the main menu ... Land of opportunities?

Or try loading from the player progress menu?

 

I can replay it from player menu ...I think I got the bonus 10 gold

you have to be dishonorable , go see old man jones , pay 3 gold to lower your honor

You can also run around shooting NPCs which is cheaper.

No, you don't. 

For some of the missions you do, but not this one. First time I did it I was max honour.

This is the problem I've been having  I was max honour and it would not spawn so I went to see old man joins to  have it lowerd open and read the letter again and the misson still won't spawn I don't get it.??.

I would contact R* support.  They have a live chat or email them thing but usually get back to you quickly
