Lost pelts due to glitch

Hi I just got done hunting I had a 3 star bear pelt and about 8 other pelts and little things that you get from skinning.

 

Well I decided to craft at a campsite up in mountains and while crafting it just stayed on me making a stimulant. 

 

I waited 15 minutes but just kept on with cup over the fire and sound effect with it.

Does this happen often? I lost everything on my horse. I didnt loose internet connection at all.

Also. That pause after skinning or stowing is really annoying.  Especially if your being shot at lol. Thanks for any replies.

Ive had this happen but ive also had something of the opposite happen: random pelts showing up on my horse. Games still in beta so i guess just expect these glitches and just be careful

Actually, the game has been out of beta for a while now. There just wasn't alot of fanfare about it.

Oh oops my mistake. What i should say is its an ever changing rockstar game like gta online, we had alotta glitches at the very beginning but hopefully as time passes they’ll fix them

OMG this was happening to me.  can't tell you how many pelts i have lost.  R* told me to clear my cache...shuting down my xbox and unplugging it for 30 seconds.  it worked for me.
