I haven't done the part where i have to Make Amends with this Tommy fella. I guess i missed him that same night w/ Lenny. Can i still talk to him after? that i could complete it? if so where can he be found?

You were suppose to go talk to him before going upstairs to find Lenny. I am not sure if you can apologize after the fact for the fight or not. I hope someone can clarify that for you here.

You can always replay the mission to fill in any gaps or to attain the gold medal for each mission.
