Vendetta
If your bounty dies, do you still run the clock down for maximum XP or do you turn them in as fast as possible and select a new bounty?
James Hickok_1837
I do bounties theese day's only to complete the daily series but when i do i always finish them as fast as i can and carry on to other stuff. Most of the times its not worth to wait for more xp. For example - long trade route gives 2500 xp and 625 RDO$ but can take up to 18 mins meanwhile the short route gives 200 xp and 500 rdo$ but can take 7 mins and in the same time you can make delivery mission overall gaining more xp and RDO$ than during the longer route. I choose longer route when there is a daily for it. Back in the days i always chose longer route bcoz of the pvp involved but atm not a lot of ppl want to steal wagons and i mainly just autodrive it for 15-18 mins and its a bit boring.

I like the Trader role as well. I'm currently at Bounty Hunter Rank 3 and trying to get to Rank 20 fast.

If your bounty dies, you don't get the max rewards (xp & $$$). You only get the max xp & $ if the bounty is alive. I do the bounties as fast as I can & moved on to the next. I don't like to just sit & do nothing for 15 mins to get the max rewards. When I can start a new bounty seconds after I finishing the previous one. I tested it once awhile ago. I did a bounty for 5 mins & got certain amount of xp & $. Then I did a bounty for 15 mins. I multiply the 5 mins xp & $ by 3 to see if it equals what I got for the 15 mins. The 15 mins xp & $ was a little bit more. So yes you do get more xp & $ for 15 mins but not by much. I rather not just sit & wait so I do them as fast a possible. Plus there are achievements for bringing in 1000 bounties alive &1000 dead. If I remember the achievement correctly. NF85
Get them done and done with. Use your judgement. If there is 3 mins left on the timer when you arrive in the town you can wait. If it is more then 3 min you deliver.
