I think Harry is surprised that Rockstar didn't accurately model the curvature of the Earth.

Buying a curved monitor may help here.

i went into the water at bards crossing (the big bridge near riggs station) and i could see the beach on the islands near clemens point. then i went to those islands and looked back towards that bridge, and again i could see the beach. that means they didnt model the curvature. but hey, modelling the curvature would make the math more complicated and the game would run slower, especially when looking at a view where you can see a great distance, like from the grizzlies towards saint denis.

 

and what does a curved monitor have to do with it?
