Patch rumors for RDR2 on Xbox Series S/X and PS 5

So from what I have been seeing and hearing, it would appear a "new" release for Switch 2 is happening but when it comes to the Series S/X and PS 5, we should only be expecting a patch. Either way, a patch big enough to fix the FPS and other issues is huge. Considering we finally got new missions makes me think they are prepping and trying to get more people back online.

This seems more likely, yeah. I can't see them trying to resell a new version when GTA 6 is this close to release. People wouldn't buy it as much as they would otherwise. I think a patch to fix things makes more sense.

I mean if we only get a patch but it fixes everything broken with the game and ups the fps issue, I am fine with it. I really don't want to buy another version if I don't have to! lol

I feel this. Like I don't want to buy a new version. I would much rather them patch the game. At this point, it is almost 7 years old.

I feel like they would rather release a new copy of it just to get more money. Like they never seemed to pass up an opportunity to rake in a bit more. I mean there will be plenty of people that would buy it too.
