I will spend some if I really want something but I am certainly not going to be inclined to spend more because things only seem cheaper. The less they cost the less you get.

So instead of asking for a lot at once, you ask for a little at a time. This is kind of a trick really. People are more likely to spend $5 or $10 on an impulse vs $20+. They could easily release a $5 and $10 pack of DLC content a week and there will be people who don't even consider it is no different then spending $20 all at once. Heck, they will end up making more money this way.

Halloween is just 11ish days away. I tend to not do much unless it is on the weekend. Of all days it falls on a Tuesday so I will likely just sit at home. Might go to a fire if a friend has one. Seems like the only time Halloween is fun for adults is when it is on a Friday or Saturday. lol

I never really cared much for this myself but should RDR2 Online be included in this or maybe even have its own online leaderboard perhaps? I noticed not really anyone is talking about this. I think it would be something cool to have for the game. Not so much to include it in this one but for RDR2 to have its own.

Well done! I like pretty much all of them. I know they would likely fool someone out there. A few of them are nearly passable as well.

I don't get why they would remove this unless they feel it will get delayed again. Maybe they are playing it safe so people don't get pissed again?

Maaaaan I am kind of relieved in a sense that we are getting one character (protag) but I really want to know who those other guys are.

They probably scrapped it down to competition and cost. We know we are getting the Bully next but still, no reason they can't pick back up on this.

We all seen Dutch, and heard him. That was a given. This new character though, he seems like he may be on par with John for me. A real bad ass. As for the look holy crap will we have some areas to travel. I have a feeling it will be more up north for sure. I keep watching it seeing what I can spot that ties in with John's in the last one. I don't think they all did though. I really don't remember seeing much of this stuff in RDR myself. But you are right, they will do it if they want to but I certainly wouldn't think they would want the backlash for it. Maybe they did and had to remove it... maybe that is why there was a delay...

First Texas got hit with that mess and now another hurricane might hit Miami and a chunk of the east coast. It is starting to feel like the weather itself is getting worse. Maybe this is all in my head but I can't help but notice when a giant storm hits one after the other. I don't live in a place that sees much damage due to weather myself but this is some scary crap!

Nice! I wonder if this means we will see another one in the future. This is my second favorite Rockstar game next to RDR so I am hoping for it. Could be set in a different locations with different people. Would even be cool to see something in the 1960s.

I don't know if this was asked here or not, so if it was, my apologies. I am just curious if they will stick to the 16 per rule of old, the updated 30 per rule (Xbox One and PS4), or try for something like 50! What do you all think?

What would it mean by a mainstay franchise? Like keep happening? I would have a problem with this only because it will start to pull away from the story I think. Like it will end up being different areas with different stories set in a certain time frame. I think they should end it here IF this one closes in on John leaving/joining the gang. I wouldn't mind this leading up to when John joins and then we get one last game where we can play as John Marston while in the gang.

My cousin's boyfriend works for Rockstar and knows some of the higher ups. Said we will be getting some new information in the next 63 hours. lol

It hasn't put me off but it has made me lose focus/interest. I know the second they release something new, like a trailer or some story details, I will be right back on board with it. So in a way, it has just made me less obsessed with the release I guess.

I can't see it being done in a prequel. I would like to see this in the next one though if they do plan on doing another one. I would like there to be at least 3. Maybe the last one will pick up with Jack or something.

So I think this could be a cool thing to have in the online end of the time, maybe even the story line. How about owning a "pet"? I would say it would have to be relevant to the times so dogs are a given. I just think it would be cool to be riding around on a horse and have a doggo as a companion that can also attack/hunt animals with you and attack other players. Obviously, it would be allowed to be killed which sucks but then it can just re-spawn at your house/base.

I thought this would be a good thread for random banter. Since we have a lot of time for the game and all yet. Also, I love food and drinks so trying some new stuff is kind of my thing. haha Anyways, share anything you would recommend people trying be it food or drink. Can be fast food, snacks, recipes, ect.

I hear and see it in passing but 95% of the time it is jokes between friends. Nothing worth writing a news story on though.

Old post but I want to come back to it. This is one thing that never made sense to me about the first one. It was a common "trick" or skill people did back then. Heck, even the drunks used to make games of it. I just don't get why they would want to miss out on an opportunity like this. There is always a way to work it in, even if it is only in single player.

I wish I had thought of that. He would have been so pissed!! hahahah I am going to keep this in mind for sure. I always forget screen shotting things is an option.
