  1. No small or largemouth bass there but it does have rock bass, perch, bluegills, chain pickerel and muskie in addition to the salmon.
  2. I've got slow and steady and I've got it equipped. I'm going to make never without one my next purchase.
  3. Why not back out of the lobby and select free roam for the area that you were previously in? I hate that you can't purchase special ammo like Express or high velocity bullets in the show down series or story mission screens. You can only buy regular ammo.
  4. When I'm in the area around Strawberry, I like to go salmon fishing. That's an easy $25. I like to go right where the river feeds into Lake Owanjila.
  5. I had an excellent night in hunting last night. In one run up the coast from St. Denis to Branywine, I got my fill of big game meat from gators, my fill of heron plumes, some hawk feathers, a 3 star muskrat and rabbit and my prize kills, a 3 star buck and a 3 star cougar. I had to haul the cougar carcass all the way back down to Saint Denis on foot with my horse following behind with the buck carcass. I had to take a detour too to avoid other players who could have been a threat. I couldn't afford to risk losing that haul by getting killed. I must have made around $75 on that run alone.
  6. Looks like all that's coming in this particular update is a stupid new pvp game.🙄 Future updates look promising though.
  7. Sorry, but I'm afraid you won't be able to convince me. I've used both rifles extensively and the Springfield just feels so much better in my hands. It's pretty much a moot point anyway. Now that I'm level 57, I don't feel the need to rank up as much and that was my main reason for doing pvp.
  8. I have yet to find a panther online. I see Cougars all the time, but not a single panther even though I've been south of Braithwaite
  9. I don't like the longer delay for the bolt action to load the bullet into the chamber. Getting that first shot off is key for me. I aim for the head and if I miss, I have a better chance of slowing them down with the more powerful shot.
  10. Either drink them till you get drunk or get the pamphlet and make fire bottles out of them.😀
  11. One thing that has bugged me is that there are some hideout locations where if the gang leader is far enough away from the rest of the gang members, then the corpses will despawn by the time you go over to loot the leader and then back up to the main camp. So, you have to loot bodies before you have it completely cleared.
  12. Exactly! LOL 😉
  13. At least it's decent XP with 150 for clearing plus the XP you get for the kills. But yeah, their loot does suck. Treasure maps are rare as are the jewelry items they drop that can be sold to a fence.
  14. You cannot sell them(which is stupid). So feel free to use them liberally or just discard the ones you don't want.
  15. I agree. I would ship Arthur with Mary Beth or Sadie.
  16. My preferred murder spree weapon is the simple combat knife. I love tackling anyone I come across and executing them with a throat slit.😊
  17. Ha. I usually keep my varmint rifle to the left and Springfield at the bottom.😀 I really wish there was a better way to sort your weapons. I hate having to choose only 2 long arms when I'm off my horse and it's a pain in the butt having to cycle through and select the bow or sniper rifle when you need them when you're on your horse. I almost never use repeaters and I only use shotguns if I know there's a good chance I'll be in a firefight with cqc. This goes for both online and single player.
  18. I do have the buck trinket. Maybe that's what got it for me. I generally rely on the tool tip from studying the animals to determine what weapon to use.
  19. I encounter it periodically online in my travels. Haven't figured out the spawn pattern yet though.
  20. I'm not very creative. I got the Red Chestnut Arabian for free from PS4 and named her Apple because apples are red.😊
  21. I remember I had a hell of a time trying to get a perfect squirrel pelt to upgrade one of the satchels. Even with small game arrows, the damn things are so small, you have to be practically right next to it with it sitting still to get a clean shot in.
  22. Another alternative is to ride up along side it, lasso it and stab it with your knife. That ensures a clean kill provided again you don't trample it with your horse.
  23. Did you by any chance trample the carcass with your horse? That'll damage it. Btw, a rifle headshot is much easier.
  24. What? You expect them to just stand there and allow themselves to be shot?🙄
