I strongly advise that you go for the Legend of the East Satchel. Holding 99 of each item feels like a cheat code. It's only going to make the rest of the game easier and more enjoyable. As soon as I found out about it, I stopped working on the story and went straight to hunting. I'm still on chapter 2, but I'll never have to leave loot behind again. I can hunt/fish for days without worrying about space (really helping with animal fat). All in all, it's a worthwhile investment of your time.

The upgrades are for certain sections of your satchel (one upgrades the tonics section to 15 of each item, one for your kit, one for your ingredients, etc). The Legend of the East Satchel (final upgrade) lets you hold 99 of each item (in ALL sections). You need all the other upgrades to unlock the last one.

Also prevents the hit to your honor.

I believe it. I actually bought AC origins just because of how great it looked. Barely played it, but it looked amazing. I can only imagine Odyssey looks even better.

Fishing lures and Special fishing lures...

Respect. It was frustrating as **** for me (at times), but also a lot of fun (and totally worth it). I've only broken one so far. I can't imagine I'll ever need 40 lol Got my honor up that high passively by fishing. I found a spot where I was able to toss them back, but they would land on the shore and die. Free fish! -
That is THE explanation lol

Fishing lures and Special fishing lures...

That might not include the lures... I got the Legend of the East Satchel, I can hold 99 of MOST things, but I'm not sure yet what isn't included. Lures might be part of the exception. I haven't done much fishing, mostly hunting (for that satchel) so far. I strongly advise unlocking that first. I can stock up on fish (or almost anything else) for days and just unload it all at once. -
@sLLiMM I'll have to check that out... I think it's labeled on my map that way already, but I don't recall seeing that...

Regular shops. I have the others, just wasn't sure if you could buy any extras (only checked the bait shop that one time). Now that I can hold 99 of everything, I should go back and stock up on bait. -
Is that part of a mission? I had a similar encounter: That was kind of ****ed up and it seemed like a really odd/unnecessary addition. Is it just one of those random encounters?

Am I mistaken, or are you only able to purchase extra lake lures? I don't recall seeing river/swamp lures in the shop... Is it just the bait shop that sells those? -
Well I now have a reason to go "tryhard" on those challenges... Thanks for the info!

I've made it a habit. Like @Kormath said, you shouldn't get a bounty for killing a rival gang, but you will get a bounty for looting. Again, wearing the mask will keep them from knowing who did it. You can easily just ride off and not have any issues. Here's the list of crimes/bounties (taken straight out of the guide): If you do get caught: For the little things, just pay it off to avoid bounty hunters. For bigger bounties, I spend all my money and turn myself in. This gets rid of the bounty and doesn't cost you anything more than a couple minutes of cutscenes.

.....'a huntin' and 'a fishin'.....
Truth replied to Firestormfan89's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
I think it was the varmint rifle... You can study the animal, which will allow you to see the quality of the animal and the best way to kill it. Use dead eye to highlight the vital spots on an animal. Shoot for the red and you'll get the perfect pelts easily. -
Hey @MachineGhost - you can avoid getting a bounty by wearing a mask (or your bandana)... If you wear a mask/bandana, the bounty will be for and unknown person (not Arthur). Either run away, or get somewhere you can hide (if in town) and change your clothes/remove your mask so they won't know it was you.

@lonley22 I do see it a little bit in the grass now, but it's a very slight difference that I probably wouldn't notice while playing. That first example (that I said was blurry as ****) would be horrible to play with though. If THAT is what you're seeing, then I completely understand you're frustration. The rest don't really look too bad, but I still totally understand the complaint. That comparison shot helped a lot, so thanks for that. You're right though, it looks more like my regular xbox than the image taken from the x.
-
Those look pretty much the same to me other than the lighting... I DID acknowledge the issue...
-
Alright... Correction: Your OTHER examples didn't not show blur to my eye... Happy?
-
That image is blurry as ****. Your examples, not so much...
-
Because those are all pre-programmed scenes (except for maybe the last one) and completely different games with completely different programmers... A cutscene graphic is not going to be the same as regular gameplay. Show me some examples of people actually playing these games and I'd probably agree. I'm not saying there isn't a problem (I clearly admitted that 1 page back) I'm saying those examples look just like they do on my xbox.
-
First one is fog. Second one is fog with a little blur Third is a cutscene where they made what's her face out of focus Fourth looks like shitty lighting or bad settings fifth and sixth are just dark...
-
Don't see any blur (except for the first one which appears to be fog, not blur). Edit: Maybe a little in the second one...
-
Although I wouldn't be the only one, they frown upon that here at work... Barely doing anything all day is hardly a problem, just as long as I'm not drunk.
-
I can't really see an issue in this one... Maybe it's just me. You also have to consider how many textures there are. Plants and grass are a lot more difficult to display than a parking lot and flat surfaces.
-
Same here, but I figured I just wasn't paying attention. I thought it was just for honor...
