  1. Same, but I'm at 49%. Played for 6 hours yesterday and only got 0.5% lol BUT I got my upgraded satchel! I'll post the bounties list once the email goes through (can't just post it from my phone for some reason...
  2. If that's one of the special guns, you'll need it for 100% completion (according to the official guide). I think there are a few you can buy in a shop, but I don't have the guide with me...
  3. Spent most of Saturday (like 6 hours total) trying to get a perfect panther pelt to upgrade my satchel... HUGE pain in the ass, but it was worth it (I can now hold 99 of EVERYTHING).
  4. I spent HOURS hunting a Panther this weekend. I was finally starting to think I had to progress in the story to unlock it when it jumped me from behind. Came back and spent several more hours trying to spot it. I gave in, dropped some bait, and hid behind a rock. Spotted him within 2 minutes... The animals behave very realistically for the most part, so you have to treat them like you would IRL. You can just run into the woods and gun down everything you see. You have to be patient. Be selective on using the bait (no need for it when hunting deer) and stay quiet/walk slow.
  5. @YodaMan 3D the highest bounty crime is a train robbery, and that only gives you $50... Did you shoot up the town? I got mine up to 455 that way. Unless you're really trying, you're bounty won't get very high...
  6. Got it, and touche. I understand your point. This is more of a "constructive criticism" thread than a "complaint" thread. (I'd through that in the OP for clarification, comes across like you're just complaining)
  7. Ouch... Good to know though, thanks for sharing!
  8. I rarely do that IRL, I'm not going to do it in a video game... Everything else though - ****ING AWESOME.
  9. Usually I specify (for this exact reason), but I thought it was obvious...
  10. So you're naming them after something they can never be? That's just as bad!
  11. Damn, couldn't be more subtle about it? You can just name someone after the color of their skin like that man, sends the wrong message...
  12. Happened the second time I got arrested... Not sure if you get to keep them (I really hope you do) but the satchel upgrades are worth it in my opinion. I feel like you need to look at the bigger picture. There's a whole world out there to explore, and tons of things to do. Some aspects are limited, but a lot of the fun comes from just exploring. Edit: Just read the last post IT's fun!!! I agree with some points, but I'm nowhere near done exploring. I think that once EVERYTHING has been explored, a lot of the "unfinished" aspects would seem more complete. You might not understand the mechanics fully until that point.
  13. Genius!
  14. Which is exactly why I haven't really bothered lol I'm more focused on everything else to worry about that anyway. I'm only on my horse for a little bit. Once I get to my destination, I'm on foot (hunting mostly).
  15. I'm still using the one you start with. Haven't bothered installing the War Horse lol Does it make that much of a difference? Obviously you want what you paid for, but I don't think I'd notice any changes other than cosmetic. I also haven't really used any other horses for more than a few minutes though...
  16. If I understand correctly, the fine will be for "that person who killed the policeman" rather than Arthur. Try this: (SAVE) Swap clothes and put on mask Enter town Kill someone Run away/hide Remove mask/change clothes Go back to the town. Edit: Not uprising, it's probably all straight from the guide. Until more people figure out specifics, we only have the general guidelines they gave us.
  17. Pssshhh... That's nothing compared to the NEW new Sheriff in town!!!
  18. @sega https://gameranx.com/features/id/164435/article/red-dead-redemption-2-how-wanted-levels-work-how-to-avoid-bounties-crime-guide/ "How To Avoid Being Recognized (Red Eye Icon): Before committing a crime, you must put on a mask. Arthur is always wearing a bandana, so lift it up to cover your face. You must cover your face somewhere hidden. Don’t let people see you doing it. Sometimes, the simple bandana isn’t enough. You can purchase large hoods and masks from the Fence, and equip them from your Horse Menu. You may also need to switch clothes. Select a “Crime” outfit and equip it to your horse inventory. Change into this outfit when you’re about to commit a crime."
  19. Sounds like he had least had some idea of what MIGHT be going on. Far better advice than "press up to whistle"...
  20. Wow... Good job! I forgot the guide at home... If I remember later (and nobody beat me to it) I'll post the rest.
  21. Someone had to be the guinea pig, right? Thanks for sharing, and I'm glad you got it!
  22. I understand, I didn't really get it either. It's like that "name game" they forced everyone to play on the first day of school. Or some AA meeting...
  23. It's in the "Introduce Yourself" thread. Welcome!
  24. I prefer to toss a stick of dynamite into groups, but fire bottles are also fun.
