I believe I have only completed the Gambler and Sharpshooter challenges so far, but I must say, I like the Gambler gear the most out of all the reinforced equipment I've seen. That belt buckle 👌

That's crazy frustrating ha. Plus the NPC's snarky remarks don't help any haha
-
Well that might give you a slightly unrealistic expectation of the game haha. I do not play. I mean I have in the past and I know HOW to play, but I don't do it that often. That said I had a decent time trying to beat these opponents personally. Maybe I'm just dumb or I suck, but playing poker is consistently fun for me because it feels authentic.

Like from the pile or from your set because you sure as heck can choose from your set.

Takes away from the experience? What you just showed IS the experience. It's the immersion of being shot at by 10 different men running to cover. Your breathing and adrenaline directly effect your aim and the game beautifully replicates this. Allows for a more realistic and authentic experience instead of running around haphazardly shooting perfectly. Get behind cover and take on one enemy at a time.

People resurrect just after being killed

I don't know how it effects an entire town, but for shopkeepers that you shoot, they come back with permanent, visual damage such as a hand bandage, wooden leg, etc. Like @Kean_1said, it is a way to keep the game moving forward. How do you know you didn't just murder 3 potential side missions? That would be super unfortunate because you wanted to blow of some steam. Having them act dynamically towards you and physically showcasing your evil deeds is extremely impressive. -
/thread and all the other ones that are similar to this haha

This isnt the Red Dead I know and love.

It sounds like you are just trying to blow through the game. I get it if your just banging out the story missions, but there is a ton to do and explore between missions. I mean, that's the beauty of this game. The side activities, challenges, etc almost feel like a nice departure from the main quest. Plus the camp is never too far from any rail road or stage coach. -

But you can change clothes at any of the local hotels for a buck which you're usually not far from one. You can also brew your own coffee, cook and eat whenever. -

It's just you chief. And why did you feel the need to restart the game because of the controls?🙄 -

Help in Finding My Lost Legendary Fish
dropkickennedy replied to Slayer Fan's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
I have been wondering about this myself though. Do the legendary fish act the same as animals? Meaning, when you kill a legendary animal it automatically shows up at the trapper. If you catch a legendary fish and have an issue like poor @Slayer Fan, does it automatically show up at the post office or with Gill? 🤔 -
Here's the link to the site too. Helps to find their location when you click on the fish https://rankedboost.com/red-dead-redemption-2/hunting-wildlife-fishing/

How do you get loot from the back of a horse drawn wagons?
dropkickennedy replied to Medwynd's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
I'm not positive, but honestly I would progress a bit more. At least to chapter 4. You will unlock many things you need for challenges that you won't be able to do without progressing. Also, unlocking the fence is huge for the legendary animals and other things. -

I believe you can either open this by shooting the lock in the center or using the lock breaker that is purchased from a fence. Have you tried either? -
Found this online. Hope it helps... "This one's going to be tricky, as that includes all of the Legendary fish throughout the world of Red Dead Redemption 2. You'll need to complete the campaign before you can even attempt this challenge, but you can track the types of fish you've caught (and the ones you have left) in the 100% section of the progression menu."

Yeah, unfortunately there is no way to disarm them.
