Still early in the game.

Still on chapter 2 and loving this game. I've had it since day 1 and have just got caught up in the challenges and other things like the stranger missions. Anyone hung back in the early chapters or have most of you completed it and now on 2nd playthrough?

Also anyone noticed they've removed the challenges progress from the app/social club? Found it convenient to use instead of pausing the game to check progress.

I'm like you, slow.  Just started chapter 4 - after many hours of free roam.  Good, isn't it?

It's great. I've played a few games at a slow pace then got bored easily so it kind of killed my liking for them. This game still keeps me entertained though compared to the others.

I've just started Chapter 3, but I love exploring and discovering things.

 

Was made aware of rdr2map.com yesterday so I won't be seeing Chapter 4 anytime soon!!

Like you, still in chapter 2. Been on a major free roam, mostly walking. Not killing a bunch of people yet. Though I did manage to stumble across 2 gangs. Now those - I killed 😀 been swapping out horses, leveling them up. Even the Tenn. Walker, named - Plz sell me 😂

Same here, only been killing people that deserve it. I'll go for bad karma on my second playthrough though.

Managed to find all the killer map pieces so looking forward to that being wrapped up. Might progress to chapter 3 once I've done that if I can't be bothered hunting anymore, I doubt it though 😂

Same, only 33% of the story lol

I spent the last 3 days just hunting and fishing. Trying to upgrade my satchel before I move on. I heard with the legendary one you can hold 99 of each item instead of only 5.

Hit 44% and started over, now at 28%.

In no hurry. My experience is to milk these type of games early.

I completed every challenge I could until I was forced to progress to unlock certain perks, weapons or services. I spent the majority of the game on chapter 2 & 3,  however I'm currently on chapter 6 with very little left to do. It's mainly collectables and the legendary fish and then I'm done.
