"A Fisher Of Men" not appearing

Hey,

I've done Pouring Forth Oil I (II and III) and the next missions I have available to me are Pouring Forth Oil IV and An American Pastoral Scene. I haven't had the marker for A Fisher of Men show up and whenever I actually find Abigail in camp, she only responds to my greeting.

What am I missing?

It might just be time.  Go free roam for a bit, and check the camp at varying times of day.

Whenever this happens, you have to check the time and the honor system. Some missions will only allow you to do them according to a specific time of day or according to where your morality stands on the honor scale.

Thanks for the suggestions. I believe my honour is Level 5 or 6 (I've been wearing my white hat  ) so hopefully it appears soon.

don't think this one has to do with honor.  I playing as an outlaw, killing and breaking laws and getting my red hat.  Next play through i'll play the good guy, see if that changes anything.  I'm guessing it's time of day like the others said.

OK, just had a 3 hour session... I stuck around camp from 12:35PM in game time until 12:35PM the next day. I went to bed after 8:35PM and after Jack and Abigail went to bed. I slept until morning. I hounded everyone (but managed to pick up Mary-Beth's Fountain Pen request and Javier's Oleander request), did chores both days, left, (after the 24 in game hours) and came back several times and Abigail still won't let me go fishing.

Between my next two available missions, John with "Pouring Forth Oil IV" and Micah's "An American Pastoral Scene", which do you recommend I do first to get it to spawn?

Something funny happened though, I uploaded the clip to YouTube as well as streamed it. I managed to accidentally kill and "catch" my first fish, without a fishing rod! 😂

It took me a while to get this mission to activate too.  It just seemed to be a matter of waiting plus luck.  I just roamed for a few days, checking back into camp every so often, until it happened.

So I quit dicking around and pestering in camp. I did Micah's "An American Pastoral Scene" and I went back to camp, nothing. I went right over to John sitting under the tree and expected to be locked into "Pouring Forth Oil IV" but he was literally like:

And then Abigail popped up. If I would have known, I would have talked to John WEEKS ago lol

Pleeeeease help!!!! I am trying to get the dual schofield revolvers. I have already unlocked and own one schofield revolver and when I attempt to purchase a second one the gunsmith catalog says I already own this item and won’t let me purchase a second one. Does anybody know anything about this???
