Black long coat with red lining

I keep seeing videos where the male characters are wearing a very cool black long coat (tails) with a red lining.  Is this a coat we can still get for guys or girls as I cannot seem to find that one?  Was it a limited edition?  Shame if it was because it is a very nice looking coat.

I believe that coat was a limited stock item awhile ago in the beta.

But, I noticed that the Pelt Half Chaps fur ones, are available again this week. They first appeared awhile ago too in the beta.

So hopefully the limited stock items that we missed will appear again.

I bought a black leather duster that has that dark red liner but you can hardly see it unless you happen to see it in a certain light or motion.
