Removed rewards?

Maybe I’m crazy cause I don’t have a screenshot but I could have sworn the “link your twitch prime by july 19” rewards included a free no level lock carcano rifle and an outfit depending on your gender. I didn’t receive either and now see nothing about it on the article? The rifle was the only reason I bothered making a twitch since I have amazon prime. Was that for something else or did r* decide to shorthand us once again? Cause I can no longer find anything on it

I never recalled that in the Twitch Prime offer.  Also not sure what you meant about R* shorthanding us again to be honest.  Here's what this particular offer is supposed to include:

I could have sworn it was included when this article was first posted cause my husband was talking about it too. The shorthanding I’m referring to is r* constantly removing good ways to make money or xp anytime someone posts a video or forum about it that gets popular, and everyone does it. I’m not talking about exploits or cheats like the cougar glitch for example, I’m talking about people literally just using the in game features that don’t go against anything. Like how you used to be able to catch large fish right off the dock by the butcher in black water and being able to walk back and forth making lots of money. They then pushed all the large fish spawn points out to the middle of nowhere, and almost all of them now only contain other useless tiny fish so it’s pointless going out into nowhere to be able to only store one large fish on the horse and get nothing good out of the rest of the pond. Also you used to be able to farm xp in missions by dying and just replaying the checkpoint and getting extra ammo each time but now you have to completely restart the mission. These aren’t glitches so I don’t think it’s fair for them to just remove something originally put in the game because they want people to buy more gold and microtransactions. Out of every online game I’ve played, r* exploits players the most for their money and makes us grind way too excessively to the point I almost don’t want to play sometimes. But they have amazing games so I still play lol

The sturgeon across the street from Blackwater still works!!!

 But your right, I don't see them off the dock anymore.  I do see the sturgeon spawn to the right of the dock, across the street from the Butcher & along the shoreline up to the house on hill to the right.

 I  don't see the sturgeon spawn every time now, like before.

But they will still spawn, mostly on rainy days. When the spot is hot you can fish for an hour before they stop spawning (sometimes sooner, I think it's all random). When they stop spawning, I  go hunt cougars & check the fish spot after I sell the cougar. Sometimes they're back, sometime they aren't. If they aren't back. I just  hunt another cougar & check the fishing spot when I'm done.

Since I haven't fished in a few weeks. I wanted to make sure R* didn't patch it. So I hopped online right now & here is video showing the Sturgeon spot across the street from the Butcher in Blackwater still works. I sped up the video 5x the normal speed, as you just need to see the proof, not to see me fish

Yeah, I saw that as well and was hyped for the carcano. Once I read it again j believe it was a part of a different offer from past "gifts" which we cannot claim since we didn't claim them back then.

UPDATE:

Had a new member join and post the following screenshot.  Unfortunately, their post also included a questionable username and derogatory remark which we simply won't tolerate here.  However, I will repost the screenshot showing that the Carcano rifle was indeed mentioned at least on that screen at one point.

I would use this and submit a trouble ticket to R* Support if you have not seen that rifle awarded to you in your package @Venusiren et all:

I had this very same issue. I linked my Twitch prime and Social club accounts like 5 days ago, and eventually got the ammo and money rewards but for a couple of days there was no signs of the carcano rifle/outfit/emote just as you experienced.

Finally, today I checked again and I had all those unlocked for free, so I recommend you to recheck if the problem was solved for you too.
