Parley and White Flag Non functional

Has anyone else had trouble with the parley function and the white flag in camp today.  I have a group come into my camp and start sooting stuff up.  No big deal, but when they left camp and sniped me from outside of camp they were able to shoot me and my horse.  When I choose to Parley with them and continue their juvenile behavior they came after me again, shot me again and made sure to make comment about the fact that Parley is not working.  Is ANYTHING working.  Most times I cant get my camp to spawn, the animals wont spawn and half the time when I start a mission it glitches and something goes wrong.  But behavior like this is just the rotten icing on the cake!

It was working fine for me just the other day but I haven't been on since earlier this week. I will check into it. Keep in mind, a lot of these kinds of issues only effect some players and not others so it might be hard to find a solution.

There is a way to shoot you while in your camp even when the camp flag is up. They just simply get far away and scope you from rolling block. This is still not adressed in any way. 

My issues with the flag : it constantly goes down after i put it up and im not talking about missions. it doesnt bother me that much tbh. 

P.S. Parley only works for 10 mins  so after the time passes they can come back if you didnt changed server.

I never liked the way the camp functioned in terms of protection. I mean in GTA V, you go into your apartment and you are safe. We should have the option to have some kind of safe place in RDR2 Online. The way the camp functions right now doesn't cut it.

There is a loophole in a parley system,for example if you choose parley over somebody that grief you. If that person understand how to cancelled your parley,well all you can do is change session.

I wont explain how that works here,just in case someone likes to grief people with that method. Honestly i only use that to grief griefers.
