0 YellowDragon
No way that I am aware of. If you want the files, you can just get the music through YouTube. I mean, that is what I did. I did it with the first game as well. I didn't know you could access them on RDR1 or GTA V.
0 MadMatt
I checked into this myself and I can't seem to find the files either. I am thinking they didn't make them openly available this time maybe.

I think there is a way to convert R.P.F files to listenable audio files. Open IV is still working on their Red Dead Redemption 2 thing which they have almost done. I am hoping I can convert them that way because thats the only program I found that could possibly convert it to an audio file. This game may have the best game sound effects I have ever heard.

Hell yeah it does. I was hoping they released the soundtrack but I haven't heard any word on it being released. The music and the ambient sounds are brilliant.

0 The Blackangel
You can buy the soundtrack from the Rockstar website. There was a physical copy you could get, but at the moment I'm not seeing it. All I'm seeing is the DDL for Apple Music and Spotify.
