Well I'm really not expecting to be able to go back to the f13 forums after today, so I figured moving here couldn't hurt. Where are the rules here? Do they exist? Would like to review just to familiarize how things go 'round these parts.

We will no doubt need them as this place becomes more popular. For now as long as you don't post any obviously offensive content then you should be OK 1
