Missing perk

Does anyone know how to get this last perk?

I'm pretty sure I have all trinkets and talismans already.

No. As in complete all of the challenges up to 10.  Gambler 10, Sharpshooter 10, etc.  Do that and then the trapper should give you the fancy red suit.

You don't need to go through the pain of killing thousands of three-star animals.

The one you're missing is "The Legend of the East" - obtaining the outfit that you get as a reward for completing all of the trapper challenges.

Thank you for this. I'm closing in on completing all of them. The "shoot three hats of enemies with the same deadeye" has been holding me up. I thought I did it, but it didn't register for some reason.

If we're talking trinkets, it looks like the one you're missing is the lions paw trinket. you need to find the circus train and do that stranger mission to get it. It's south east of Emerald Station not too far south of Aberdeen Farm.
