Please feel free to join the PSN Community "Red Dead Redemption 2 - TeamUp"  to help make it easier for all of us to invite players to a session, make new friends, ask questions of one another, etc.  This isn't a clan with ranks, structure or anything like that.  This group is intended simply as a resource for all of us to use to TeamUp with like-minded folks when RDR2 finally arrives.  ...enjoy.

Still got this group going?

Yes, sorry. I didn't see this post until now.  As Creed mentions, we are all just waiting to see when RDO launches. I'm still savoring the campaign for now.

Me too homie. Can't wait for to get things started. 😎

Well, looks like we've got a few players here now. That should make it easier for folks to find people to team up with once RDO is online. I've got a few on PSN as well.  3 I've known for a long time and IIRC, 7 others who have joined up since. I'm just trying to get enough like minded players together so we all have a pool to tap into.

It's funny.  I'm at work, and I've accomplished nothing because I've been building my character in my head all day, and drying to figure out which voice (Ultimate Warrior, Lennie Small, or Forest Gump) to use....

I suppose I better brew a whole pot of coffee when I get home.

Sorry to say but your character is mute just like in GTAVO.  You can adjust your whistle though.

They do have more extensive options to change certain characteristics like your nose, ears, cheeks, jaw, chin, etc.  You just have to select "X" when to further customize.  I missed that the first time and started my character all over just so I could customize him even more.

Just a friendly reminder to all......

Please feel free to join my Community on PSN named "Red Dead Redemption 2 - TeamUp" if you wish to find like-minded players to team up with.  Don;t be shy.  No commitments, just a way to help us all find folks to join with instead of taking our chances alone in RDO.

Also, please feel free to send me a friend request if you wish.  My PSN name is the same as my member name (Kean_1).  I suspect that I will be on most nights and I'm always looking for others to join with while online.  Had a blast last night with two friends.  This was our first time in free roam and we got jumped by two trolls.   ......we wiped them out.  I don't think they realized we were together.  ;)

Tried to search the community but could not find it. Is this spelled exactly?

Yup.  That's the exact spelling.

I just sent you an invite to the Community so you should see that soon.

Hello fellers,

I just joined TeamUp posse. I'm a newbie when it comes to online collaboration games, and I was wondering, do I have to add posse members as friends in my PS on order to meet you in-game? Or how does this work.

Obviously, without sending friend requests you won't see when other people are on.  However, the PSN Community gives you the opportunity to see when other players are in game and send them messages if you wish (those that have the option on to appear online that is).

The "Now Playing" tab will obviously show who is currently playing and if I'm not mistaken, you have the choice to join their session without being PSN friends.  .....although in a game like this it's probably better to send a message if they don't know you so they don't think you're a troll out to kill them.  Even with friends I'll still send them a msg making sure it's ok (in case their posse is full or they have other plans).

Hope that answers your question.

No, I wouldn't say it's customary and no, not everyone is linked together as PSN friends.  Personally, I've connected with several folks here as PSN friends but even among those, I don't think I've had the opportunity to even go online with them yet (just other friends I already knew).  ......no pressure.

Hello everyone!

I’m often on around 11pm Pacific time if any peeps want to gain some xp.

Hi Tye,  I'm on around 7:30 - 8 PM PST most nights and when I log off I guess depends on whos on.  Sometimes I'll check out before 11 PM, sometimes I'm still toiling away.

Feel free to join the PSN Community and / or send me a friend req if you like.  I'm up for making more cash in RDO if you want someone to tag along with you.
