Glopez Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I mean in terms of online. Other than smoother graphics and maybe some patch work. I would love to see them add new horses and maybe some new zones where we can get new missions. There is plenty of space on the map to play with for something like this. Maybe have it so a few towns are expanded as if they grew over time.
Anc1entC0re Posted June 20 Posted June 20 I don't know if it is going to be enhanced at all. Like it might just be a ported version that simply runs at a higher refresh rate and functions on Xbox Series and PS5. Like I am not honestly expecting anything beyond that. I don't want to get my hopes up.
CowBoii Posted June 21 Posted June 21 I am not sure how much they would realistically add to it. It just isn't as popular as GTA online. Like yeah a good amount of people still play it but I feel like they would rather focus on putting time and effort into the next installment of GTA online for GTA 6. Maybe we will see another RDR game down the road that will have a more fleshed out online with actual updates like they do for GTA 5.

I just don't get this though cause like on Steam alone, there are still 40k+ people playing the game. Not including the people that play on console. I feel like they should have kept up with it more. I don't think we had any good update for it since like 2022 (??) maybe. 1

Yeah they stopped doing updates and adding to the game a number of years ago. Which is sad. It had the traction. I think when online launched, they couldn't get the issues under control fast enough and since they were already focusing on GTA 6, it just got shuffled to the side. 1

That and it probably didn't help that players were doing some stuff in the game that caused gaming journalists to report on it. Some sort of racist, sexist role-playing or something I remember. So yeah... lol
FLIP Posted July 8 Posted July 8 This is assuming we get one at all. I don't think they are going to do what they did with GTA 5. I think we might just see them patch release the update so it is free and fixes everything in one roll-out. I could be wrong, but who knows. Either way, given that they gave us new content... I think we should expect more things in the coming months!

Probably when they discounted online. A bunch of trolls bought it just to torment people playing the game.
