  1. I wouldn't mind going back to Jack Marston and having a story that focuses on his life. I also wouldn't mind if they introduced another character in another area and have some overlap ties from both games. Not sure what time period they would choose. RDR 2 is in 1899 and RDR 1 is in 1911. So maybe they decide to go further back in time again or we see Jack adjust into the world where the American frontier is quickly fading away.
  2. I mean if they are going to do a port for the Switch 2, it would likely be released for the holiday season since it is a an adult game. I can' see them releasing it over summer. So maybe some time in October or November.
  3. Oh for sure. Like I would rate RDR 2 at a 7/10 but RDR 1 is a 9/10. Both are great games but the first one stood out big time for me and I still find everything about it other than the graphics to be better.
  4. I wish I could play the game on PS5 but sadly this is not an option right now. I heard that it has issues running on Xbox Series S/X though so I am not sure even with the sale price it is worth it.
  5. I'd wait personally. Like I plan on playing it again myself but when I caught wind about a new version coming out for newer consoles, I just decided to put it on the back burner. I want to play on PS5. I am still playing RDR2 online on my PS4 and it is the only reason I even still have the console out lol
  6. Just for the stranger missions alone, RDR1 takes the cake. I mean those were DARK. And the ending of the game honestly broke my heart. Not in a bad way, it was just very emotional for me. I didn't get the same connection with RDR2's story. It was good don't get me wrong but man I felt like John Marston was a friend of mine.
  7. Are you missing anything else in the game by chance? I have had things showing as incomplete and then they randomly showed as complete after doing something else. If you know there is another thing you have to finish, try that and see what happens.
  8. Likely just someone being silly/funny my guess. I have done this on other forums before just to see who would get upset. In some places on the internet... You'd be surprised how little it takes (don't say anything bad about Sonic to Sonic fans...).
  9. For a while, I couldn't get into other games. I am at a point now where I played RDR2 enough to be satisfied with it and I am playing things I had been putting off. I am able to enjoy them as well. I tried playing a few things back in January and just couldn't get into them.
  10. Facts. I had to get my friend off the buying food bandwagon. He was wasting so much money when he could have just stocked up from looting.
  11. I am sure they will be good about compensating gold to players if they were having trouble with this. They want people to stick it out while they finish testing and patching the game. It would be silly to just ignore this.
  12. Nothing that I read mentioned this lately. Might be worth contacting them and seeing if it is being worked on. Maybe it will be done for the next update. I feel you on this though. If I am carrying a lot, I skip out on events.
  13. Most people I have come across are chill about these scenarios. They just call out their kill and so long as you don't take it, you don't bite the bullet. This still made for a funny and entertaining story though!
  14. You can still check in now and then just for the off-topic banter, no need to leave entirely. I been here for some time and I like seeing people stick around, sucks seeing you leave
  15. Hitting 80 in a few days, first time this year. I plan on going over to my parents and helping with some yard work. They need the garden bed dug up and cleaned out. My dad can't do it, getting surgery soon for his knees.
