Well to be honest , after all the emails and 3 phone calls with R* support, my issue is clearly not high on their list to fix soon.
I was told that millions are not having this issue. I recounted all the people here that are having the same issues and added that we are not happy about it! I got the, thank you for your patience, etc. reply.
So I too am not looking for a quick fix, but I must say they were cordial and professional in our communications. They even gifted me for all the time and effort I put into adjusting my modem and testing different ideas from them.
