Like the gang hideouts , i believe that depending of the time of the day and the weather , X encounters may appear at X locations. by exemple : Gang hideout next to Armadillo fast travel , appear only between 6pm 12pm / no rain , also theres other player on game , if some1 passed there 15minute before you and cleared it , well it gone .

some mission need fully dishonorable or fully honorable to appear

some stranger dont offer missions these day

i believe if you change your country residence into ur psn account u should be able to play. like using a VPN anid creating account

i believe some platform are going to be updated in 1 month

you need to be max dishonorable to start up the outlaw mission

upgrading your camp tent to the highest one make you respawn with i think 75% of core full

well in series showdown , players are half afk running in circle / or near the outside of map with a bow and paint in black and spawn kill every player , these players are like lvl 150 and they spawn kill low level players , they dont do objectives , by exemple that coward went 59-3 0 captures in hostile territory , his team lost , even if we report them , it not going to change anything about these spawn campers totally ruining the pvp , if you are one of them , you shouldnt be any proud . the only fixes for that wouldnt be to reduce the range of bow with paint in black

some mission happear only if you are dishonorable , some only if you are max honor / mid honor

hey lumper , theres an mission that will appear at the stable south of emerald ranch if you are full Dishonorable ( go see old man jones cost 3 gold to reset ) it a mission on a train Tarr tarr and kerosene

it actually random, it throw ppl in random team unless some are in posse they get teammed together , you can force join a team of your choice before countdown thought
