I was wondering about that. I just started, so I obviously don't have it yet. I thought when I started the second game it said I was now able to cheat, but it never said how... I guess I misread it.

You can get a 4tb for about the same price as the 1tb I bought a few years ago. Just found one specifically for PS4. You should be able to use any external hard drive though. I'd go with a solid state drive personally, but it's probably not necessary. Edit: Just remembered that I did this with my nephew's 360. I got him the cheap one with barely any internal memory (I think it was 4gb), and got a 100gb flash drive to make up for it. Far cheaper (at the time) and it's worked for a few years now.

@Jackthestripper Much easier than swapping it on xbox. You actually have to open the whole thing up (voiding the warranty in the process) just to get to it. Glad it went smoothly! Hopefully it solves the problem!

You definitely can. I plugged in a 1tb hard drive, but it said I had to reformat it. Never got around to doing that, but I'll look into it this weekend if I remember. Good shit! Keep us posted! Edit: It's always nice when the useless information you've acquired actually helps someone lol

@Jackthestripper I remember the hard drive being much easier to replace on the ps4 vs the xbox. You also don't have to void the warranty to replace it (if I remember correctly). Teardown Video Repair Guides You could probably also try just using an external hard drive, but I'm not entirely sure.

I do, and it is. It's a remake of the originals but more up to date. I don't care for the new way to catch pokemon (no battling, just through the ball), but I think it's aweseome you can do 2 player. The only connection to pokemon go is a stupid in-game park where you can display them, which I'm glad for. I think it's dumb to mix the 2 games at all, so I'm happy you can't actually use them. The pokeball accessory thing is stupid too, I'm glad you don't need to use that at all. From what I've seen, this is (more or less) the pokemon game I dreamed of as a kid. Edit: Unless I totally misunderstood what I've heard about the game. I'm actually fact checking this right now. @Jackthestripper Look up a teardown video (ifixit). These new consoles are pretty simple to swap parts out. If you know what's defective, you can order the parts directly from them and use the videos to repair it yourself. Might be worth a shot rather than buying a whole new console.

I've been tempted to get the pro, but I just signed a 1 year lease and I'm living on my own now... I actually have to start watching my expenses now lol And sorry, but I already told my nephew I'd give him my spare when I eventually upgrade. Might just give it to him for his birthday this year.

I stick with xbox, but mostly because I don't know anyone (personally) that has a ps4. I also bought a Switch, but I lent it to a buddy after I realized I wasn't using it. I'll be taking it back when the new pokemon game comes out (nostalgia). Still trying to get @Cokeyskunk on xbox. He doesn't think I'm worth it though... (lol)

Most holidays, I try my best to be gone while the family is over. They're too damn loud! I stopped using facebook after high school. I kept in case someone REALLY needs to contact me, but I haven't posted anything in years. Got sick of all the drama and BS that you have to sift through.

@ChrisCr0ss I always go with amazon. They have a promotion for 20% off all (physical copy) preorders for prime members, so they usually have the best price. I'm assuming that explains @CMcC's choice.
