GIFS are perfectly fine. I've had this one since LONG before I became an admin.
There are file and dimension size limitations, so be prepared to crop and edit the gif as necessary.

I'm already planning out how to justify the expense to Mrs. Creed on top of the costs we're incurring to restore a '68 MGB that's been in her family since it rolled off the assembly line. It's going to be a total tear down to the frame. Even redoing the electrical (so long, Prince of Darkness).

Personally, I don't have a problem with it in GTAO or RDO up to this point.
I love MTX. Not because I'm a shill, but because I'm so lazy I make Lebowski look like a Titan of industry.

Immediately switched back to TD2 for the rest of the night. I only have an hour or two every few days to game, so I'm not overly enthusiastic to play "Service Disruption Simulator 2K19" when I could be blasting fools in the face with modern weaponry.
