I have a fairly basic question. Can anyone tell me what level the Winter Shotgun Coat unlocks, and if it is eligible for the 4/9/19 update where coats up to level 40 are available for all players? Also would appreciate the price, thank you! Edit: Also, I would like to know if this applies to offhand holsters as well.

Wait are the offhand holsters below level 40 unlocked for all players? If so, time to snag one!

Me personally, If you want to get a good horse for the price, I go with the Mustang. Sure it's not best in all, but it's relatively cheap. Also, as a small added bonus, the Wild Bay looks nice. It's definitely a lot better than that starter horse you get.

Same! Ranked up to level 16 the other day, and it showed -149 XP. Mildly confused. Hope it gets sorted out soon...
