Summer officially starts June 20 for those who might be wondering... not too long to wait (maybe).

It won't be March because in their conference call Take2 said that the game will bring revenue in FY19. That means the earliest it could be released is April.

It's definitely possible. I also wanted to ask if anyone thinks the reason for this weird lack of communication is because of the Benz departure from and Lawsuit against Rockstar? He has been critical in making previous games and now he's gone and we get this weird silence. Anyone else reckon there is a link there? I would hate it to be so - that one guy could have been so critical that it potentially stops a game coming out - but maybe it is so! WWO will be a major disappointment I feel. THe shots look good sure but they were still planning on doing a crowd funding campaign to finish the game, I mean how far along can they actually be?? ANd now they say they are going to release something this year. I don't think it will be good but might help some PC gamers get their Western fix.

I think we can safely say that with how well Rockstar has done with the GTA Online Shark Card model, that this would never ever happen for Red Dead Online. BUT if they made it maybe two tiers, and paying players got all sorts of VERY cool stuff, maybe I would consider it.

Haha, but if they didn't do this in GTA V I highly doubt we'd see it in even older times...

I can't believe that day came and went like there was nothing special about. RDR is one of the greatest games ever made and we are on the cusp of further greatness. Please, we need something soon and let us never forget Red Dead Redemption!

Well, today was 7 years since Red Dead Redemption was released. It would have been a great day and opportunity for Rockstar to announce something new about RDR2 but I guess that's asking too much. Back into my hole I'll go

Far Cry games don't have the depth or the length. I still view FC games as more shooters than anything else. And the sandbox games that Rockstar makes are so much more than that.

If it's a fake it's a very good one. I wonder if this will force Rockstar into releasing more info more quickly, or heck it even could have from them lol (if it is real). Hard to say. Either way every Red Dead fanboy has gone into a frenzy

There seems to be mounting evidence that the live action trailer recently filmed in Montana was actually for a new Far Cry Western that is going to be launched in September. Is Ubisoft honestly gonna go up against Rockstar and Red Dead Redemption? Are they that stupid? Or are they banking on a massive delay?
