The way to work around that is to enter an elimination series, then exit to free roam while you’re still in the waiting for players queue.... once back in free roam select change appearance and boom - works every time.

I’m old school and love the double barrel or as they called it back then a scatter gun; I hope they add an 8 gauge at some point.

Agree with everything you said, I don’t mind being targeted when I’m on a mission either, I feel the same as you, it’s part of the game and makes things fun and challenging 2nd part - now that’s greifing to the highest power! The most pissed I’ve ever been was a couple weeks ago - a posse of 6, all ranked 280 or above ganged up on me for no other reason than to greif ... after I realized what was going on, I just stood still and let them kill me without fighting back... once they lost interest, I hit them with a few dynamite arrows .. killed em, horses and all ..... then I bolted across the map, 😂 didn’t hang around for them to find me, they left the server not long after ...

While on that - I think we should have a special place to dispose of dead bodies, by that I mean a guy like Mr. Woo from Deadwood..... the pigs will eat them currently but 9 times out of 10 some NPC sees you and goes running to the police ...

I agree 💯.... also should be able to trade a horse in for a value instead of just discarding, sell saddles back, etc ... as well as break wild horses and sell them along with stolen horses to the black market guys

Yes sir they can be time consuming but there is normally at least one that can be done rather quickly, try and do at least one every day to keep your streak active and it will pay off

No worries bro.... we don’t know if we don’t ask and there are lots of people in this community that help each other, don’t ever be afraid to ask because someone, if not several folks will give you answers and/or advice. 1 more note on gold- do the dailies and keep your streak over 28 days - you’ll be amazed how fast you build it up.

Yes, I definitely would; right now with the lack of animals I would put the trader at the bottom of the barrel and that’s unfortunate because it’s a great way to make money when the critters are available to kill. I would definitely start the collector role because it’s a great way to make money and XP(lots of it) and the moonshiner is bugged so it’s hit or miss with it - I go some days without even messing with it because of the frustrating aspect of the bugs. Definitely take advantage of everything R* gives you in the way of discounts and such, even if you don’t plan on starting the role - get it at the discount for when you do start.

Yes that’s true but I see it this way - I can get a lot more missions completed and earn as much, if not more, money, XP and gold than sitting and waiting for a clock to run down (A pal and I did a test and compare a while back). When the moonshiner was added I got down to probably 30 or so gold - I’m at 265 now and I’ve spent some too; I don’t do glitches - daily challenges and normal gameplay grinding ... also free roam events are fun too

I totally get what your saying, it can be frustrating for sure as I’ve had similar things happen and I’m hard headed enough that I refuse to parlay 😂.... though when I’m running a mission, especially solo, I’m always on the lookout and if someone gets too close - I shoot first. I too, consider myself more passive than aggressive though I learned a long time ago to be more aggressive when in a mission; got to have the me against the world mentality 😂😂😂( if we were on the same platform I would offer to join up and help out)

Sorry but this isn’t greifing - the missions are set up to allow this type of gameplay, it’s the old west and there are outlaws. Solo lobbies defeat the purpose of the game, the things that make it challenging and fun.
