Just how many of us paid our money for promised goods, and didn't get it ? A million ? More ? At $20 each, that's a lot of profit for R*, without doing anything for it. So, time for the lawyers ? I have had an open ticket since Oct. 29th, and they've had me jumping through hoops. Reinstalling the DLC, initializing my PS4 (which was purchased 2 days after the game's release), taking various screenshots and videos of gameplay and my receipt, you name it. The last tech told me to get my Warhorse I was suppose to whistle for it. Who hired that person? Anyhow, I agree something has to be done, because if it isn't rectified soon, it may be the last R* product I ever buy. Certainly won't be dishing out extra money for bonus items, that's for sure. I'm over halfway through the game and still no Warhorse. Pretty confident I will be finished the story line before I get what I paid for. And that, imo, is really pathetic. Their support staff suck. Not having the items at the beginning, has caused me discomfort and stress. Secondly, as the OP, it would have been nice to be notified of the move into an area of lesser traffic. Other post dealing with this issue have stayed prior to my post. I find it rather curious that the mention of litigation to obtain what I and others rightly paid for, suddenly, being moved to a back alley. Keep in mind, this isn't an official forum... There's no secret cover-up mission going on here (it's not F13). Topics will be moved from time to time. You're not going to be notified, a mod will just do it. These are volunteers that are just trying to keep the place clean. They're not out to get you. The description for section you initially posted this in is: " Discuss everything related to the story mode of Red Dead Redemption 2." Kind of related, but not really... Just received a reply from another Rockstar tech support 'specialist' 🙄.....and he told me to restore the licences and then make sure that the dlc was installed. Even the scan of my receipt was acceptable. I think at this point I mine as well just go find the white arabian or just buy a better horse. The thoroughbred is getting the job done but I would still like a better horse. Would like the one I paid for, but I doubt it will happen at this point and I've wasted too much time on it. You win R*. 🏆 Enjoy my $40. But don't expect me to ever buy any bonus material for any future games, if I spend any money on R* stuff ever, that is. Haven't bothered installing the War Horse lol Does it make that much of a difference? Obviously you want what you paid for, but I don't think I'd notice any changes other than cosmetic. My horse is fast, at least the stats say so, mind you I have nothing to measure it against. I'm all about getting places quick. I'm at max bonding and it's getting the job done. Mine as well keep 'Dummy', (my horse's name) and just finish the story line, and wait for MP. Pretty sure you can't use the Warhorse in MP anyhow, but I might be wrong. I'm about to start Chapter 4. I have had my fair share of issues with the game and still to love it, but this is just insane. You guys should start a hashtag on Twitter or something and get others doing it too. Wait, what?..... Mean it took 24 messages back and forth for someone to realize that this was put into the wrong Department? Time will tell I suppose.
