I am on my second play through and did the mission where...

Spoiler

You break Micah out of jail

I failed the mission partway through but when I reloaded the checkpoint Arthur had completely changed into a random outfit that I did not even own!

Not that i'm complaining at all, the outfit looked pretty cool actually and when I got back to camp I saved it to customs so I got to keep it.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Nope, this hasn't happened to me. Possibly somehow the outfit you had previously didn't save?

You rob the bank in Valentine with the girl, Bill, and Lenny.

I still had my outfit but was now wearing a duster. We all were.

But I think that was supposed to happen?

That happened to me too, but when the mission was over it put me back in my regular cloths.

I absolutely hate how Arthur's outfit is sometimes changed by the game. That, and his weapon loadout that keeps resetting. It is massively irritating.

And I have just encountered the missing NPCs bug in my second playthrough and still R* is completely silent about when they are going to patch this game. I am done with it for now. There is now too many things (PS4 Pro) ruining this game's enjoyment for me.
