HIGHHorse
I am looking to get into better shape. I have no idea where to begin. Do any of you work out on a regular basis? If so... What do you do? Considering I have not been physically active in a good like 5 years, I think I can stand to get in better shape. It only gets worse with age

Anc1entC0re
I don't work out intentionally but I do get active exercise. I play basketball with friends all the time either outside or at the local public center. I also work at a place that requires me to move heavy items (100+ pounds) up and down stairs, in and out trucks, ect.
DaveSpeek
I run/speed walk on my treadmill at full incline once or twice a day. Okay I liked, once or twice a week... No. Month. I am lazy. I start and stop more times than a rabbit on a spring morning.
RosaTownsend
Morning and evening jog, then maintain your diet. Eat after every 2 hours and drink plenty of water.

If I ate every 2 hours I would look like a beached whale LOL Not sure how eating every two hours benefits the body either. It is said that fasting allows your digestive system to rest. So in a sense, when you eat every 2 hours you aren't really allowing it to rest at all so it will not work properly and likely cause issues like acid reflux, gas, IBS, and weight gain. lol

Doing something with friends that involves us all getting off the couch. I think that is part of my problem. When we hang out we usually watch something or play a video game. I can't remember the last time we did anything active lol
RosaTownsend
Eat means not like junk or fat food. Fruits or sprouts and it is what doc recommended me.

I told him the other day he needs to get out more. He goes "What? I am in shape!" and I said that wasn't the point. He cut me off mid sentence and screamed "ROUND IS THE BEST SHAPE!" and ran out the room like a little girl fake crying. I almost pee'd myself.
