There's that annoying preacher guy in Strawberry, usually on the corner southeast from the Stagecoach stop.  For some reason his voice really annoys me.    Hopefully he wasn't needed for a mission or something.

I did this multiple times just for a laugh myself. I am not sure who I used to get the challenge but you are making me want to go back and get that preacher too. lol

If you do use this on a bad dude, does it count against your morality? I want to do a lot of these things but I don't want to turn into some knob of a man who laughs at hurting people... even though I will be laughing when I do this. lol

I used Lindsay Swofford, dragged him all the way from his hideout to the edge of St Denis. Then had to pick him up and put him on the horse as it was freaking people out.
