I really think it would be good if we were able to recruit gang members (apart from those in the trailer) and have a hideout were you can go to and send them out on missions to bring in income or resources that could be used to upgrade the hideout or spent or traded at stores in game. A ranking system for the recruits would also be a good idea, it would be fun if your gang hideout could be attacked like the way towns were in undead nightmare and you had to defend them. What are your thoughts? i personally don't see it happening but it could be something that is easily implemented in the game and could be a lot of fun

You mean like doing this in the actual campaign? I am not sure how well that would work since we really don't know how this will be playing out but I like what you mentioned. You have to figure that the gang we are in will likely only be a handful of members though.

I can't see this being a thing just because we will have a set story with 3 to 7 main guys. If you start throwing in the option to bring in more people that takes away from the original plot of the story and kind of makes it more about you than the main characters which defeats the purpose of a non-RP game.

This might work for an online game or maybe as a DLC feature. I don't know. I likely wouldn't be interested in this unless they did it properly.

That is what I was thinking when I read this. It is a good idea in theory but does not play to the standard of RDR or Rockstar games in general.

Nah. As mentioned. It just doesn't fit Rockstar's style. I feel like things like this should happen in other games but not one like this. RDR2 will not need it.

It is something I would have to see in action. It can sound both good and bad on paper depending on who you are talking to and what part of the game you are talking about. Like online vs single player.
