How can I make "cleaning" more fun?

I am not going to sugar coat it, if it wasn't for some of my friends and my girlfriend, I would be living in a dump right now LOL 

I am not a lazy person I just can't stand cleaning. It is something I dread doing but it has come to the point where I will be moving and I don't have a choice. How can I make things more fun for me?

Music helps. I never minded cleaning because I like my space to be clean. Cleanliness makes me happy even if cleaning does not. 

Have some friends help. Make up stupid drinking games while doing it. Or... Have your girlfriend do it. lol

Cleaning isn't suppose to be fun and if it is you are a house wife at heart. Be glad you are not a house wife at heart... Your girl likely wouldn't enjoy that. lol

I second using music. When I have to do some major cleaning I just put on some good tunes and make it like a work out. Makes it more enjoyable for me.

I hate cleaning so I just make sure to put things back where I got them. This way, I only ever have to vacuum and dust once in awhile. lol

Same. If you keep things tidy for the most part you never have to really clean a whole lot. I keep my stuff in order at all times.

Just get it done. There is no way to make cleaning fun. It isn't meant to be fun really unless it is something you already enjoy doing - which very few people do.
