anybody else's horse have terminal (fatal?) head droop??

The Blue Hare

Question

Lookout Riley, my Nokota, has been drooping his head, nose nearly on the ground. I thought it was food. I checked the player progress and it's stated my horse was dirty in Big red letters. I brush my horse all the time. I feed my horse all the time. I occasionally swim him. So I rode to a barn spent 7.50 for conditioning, brushed and fed and brush and fed and brushed and fed him. Seemed to be cured but it's happening again. it's going to break.my.heart but I'm going to send him to  the glue factory because despite extra feeding and brushing and bathing, he is running out of stamina constantly and dragging his lips along the ground.

yeah, I'm having a similar issue.

I spawned in called my horse & started to ride away.  Notice the horse was moving extremely slow & moving his head from side to side. I checked the stat & didn't see anything wrong. So went to the stable & purchase the gold cores. Still acting the same way. I then gave the horse stim. & med for the  gold outer circle, with the same result.

I switched servers to fix the problem.  I've only had this issue a couple of times the past week.

If you don't want to switch servers, try to flee the horse & call a new one. Maybe that will fix the issue.

I don’t know if it’s a related issue, but my horse caught a case of something yesterday...I played for about 2 hours and crashed/jumped into an object on the other side of a jumpable object/failed to jump a small object all resulting in catastrophic damage to me and my horse 11 times.

Previously, like most people, I dealt with this issue occasionally, but not nearly at a 1:12 minute ratio.

Some of them were quite humorous though, I think I ended up on a roof of a house somehow after one of them.

Is your horse rank four. If not that will probably be why.

I'm not having this problem, but just recently, my horse (also Nokota) seems much more inclined to get caught up on bits of scenery.

For example, of there is a bit of low fence with a tree or boulder nearby, it's almost inevitable that I will get somehow wedged between the two, and have great difficulty getting out again.

Likewise, if I mount up, and there is anything bigger than a pebble between her feet, it's like she's beached, and can't go anywhere.

It never used to be like this.
