RDR2 Online- Cannot find purchased catalog firearms at post office or camp lockbox- How can I get them.

I have purchased the LeMat,  Pump shotgun and Special shotgun, and non of them show up at post office or in camp lockbox.  I can buy ammo and other things, and they show up in lockbox or post office, but not firearms.  Any help would be appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, firearms appear immediately in your inventory. Check your weapon wheel.

There are several reports of players losing items they have purchased (including me with outfits). Normaly i would suggest to open a ticket to the support and ask for help but even this is not a solution nowdays as they have outsourced support as i have been told recently and the "support" doesn't have a clue.

Their support has been stretched since the PC release. As for outsourcing, it has always been thought that their first tier support is likely handled by a CS partner rather than R* themselves.  Support that seemed to use scripts and canned responses. Escalations were different however.

What changed are the lead times to responses, quality of support and now it seems having your case escalated is more difficult or impossible.  

I guess could be that they switched vendors or simply were stretched too thin and never made the necessary changes to help restore the level of service they once had.  The thing is, none of us know for sure.

Taking a shot in the dark here but new guns are sent directly to your horse.  Need to scroll through weapon wheel while standing next to or on your horse.

 

 If they ain't on your horse try fleeing your horse and calling it back or switching horses at the stables.

Also would try clearing cache.. which is basically restarting the console and holding buttons.  PC I don't know how you would clean cache.

 

If they still not there and you really want the stuff you going to have to go through support channel, noting you may have to ask them to escalate the ticket..and that world is on lockdown so at first you may get some worthless advice/fill-ins.   Going to take some time and patience with support though.

I would follow @Dissention's advice here.  Assume it may be something you're overlooking or perhaps need to do in order to jar things loose so to speak.  

As mentioned, are you cycling through your weapons while near or on the horse?   If you look again through the catalogue, does it show that you've already purchased the pump shotgun?

If by chance you have purchased the weapons locker, confirm you are not limiting that specific weapon.   I have gone through and filtered out all the guns I do not favor using the weapons locker at my camp.   So much nicer (and quicker) not to scroll through so many weapons to find the one you need, especially if you're in a tricky spot.
