Benjo Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 OK so I have come to preorder the digital code version of the game but I can't find anywhere to do so other than amazon.com. The problem with this is that I am not in the US and they restrict purchases of digital downloads to the US alone. Amazon.co.uk only sells the physical copy, which I don't want. Any ideas?

They should be up on there for preorder by now. It is on XBL but for some reason the SE (Yes @CMcC the special edition) works out as $100 (GBP - USD) rather than $80 when bought from the US. What gives?

What gives? Does this edition have anything that needs to be shipped? I mean I can see that being where the charge comes from. I don't remember what every option includes outside of in-game things.

I don't think anyone here can rightfully pass judgement on someone for pre-ordering, I've pre-ordered a total of 4 games including the Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Redemption II.

I had no choice but to preorder the special edition on amazon, physical, because the standard edition was no longer available. On top of that i have to travel to Paraguay in order to look for the game on my po box. The ps4 games are really expensive here in Argentina. The standard edition here costs above u$d 100...but still...I'm getting my rdr2...

So, the store will cross data with the credit card company and will know that the adress you put to purchase the game doesn't match with the real one...that's the reason why i couldn't preorder on R* warehouse...it is a safety measure... My advise is that you check with your credit card company so you can avoid any problem.
