  1. Sounds like a fun side activity while enjoying some liquor by the campfire

  2. I first played online during the PS3 days. I joined up in a COD 4, and I got obliterated to shreds. It was so much fun though, hearing people talking and stuff like that was completely new to me when playing the game. If you haven't ever played online, then you might actually really enjoy more than most of us because a lot of us been playing online for YEARS. Give it a go!

  3. Without having to go on a murder spree. 😏 I use my Schofield pistol for this. Set up camp. Order a lot (I mean alot) of Regular ammo thru your mobile catalog. Pick it from your lock box in your camp. Go to the fire and select Craft. Under Ammo, select Split Point Pistol ammo. At max you should have 200 Regular ammo and be able to craft 100 Split Point at a time. Hold dlown the "A" button (XBox)) until you can't craft anymore. Shoot all your newly crafted Split Point ammo into the ground, air, trees, where ever. Sit at fire and craft another 100. Shoot all those. Go to your Lockbox and get more Regular pistol ammo. Rinse and repeat. This starts to fill your progress for collecting items from your Lockbox award and will easily get you thru your crafting award. I got my Buckle plus reset Crafting 3 times doing this. Thousands of XP plus 0.04 gold nuggets on each reset.

  4. You don't need the binoculars to see the quality of the animal. Just aim at the animal and it will tell you. But if you want the binoculars. I believe they are in the catalog somewhere, so you can purchase it. To access the catalog for Xbox press and hold left on the D-Pad for several seconds.

  5. See I thought about that but I have never targeted a player to see who they are or for any reason really so I dont see it as happening by mistake, generally if you aim at something, you tend to shoot at it too. I dunno, I think its a good idea regardless to make it more realistic. Exaclty. Yeah, you are right. See, I think this is some kind of strategy, they antagonize you, then switch to defensive making it harder to hit them and so when you do, you become the one that can be charged and you become easily targeted, it is how it seems anyway, maybe Im wrong. Yeah that is odd, and your right, in a fight or after you target someone, there should be a cooling off period where you can not switch on the fly. Thanks everyone for your feedback, do us all a favor, please send your thoughts on this n 500 characters or less to this link, they may tweak it. https://www.rockstargames.com/reddeadonline/feedback?redirect_lang=en_us Thanks

  6. Griefers.... People intent on making your gaming experience frustrating by pestering you, indiscriminately killing you, etc. There are ways to mitigate the problem that comes more naturally as you gain experience, the use of certain tactics, options, etc.

  7. Having a mic is up to you. Some people prefer people with mics but if you are happy to do things on your own you wont need a mic. (i have a mic but hardly use it for online gaming myself but everyone is different. And yes online has a bit of a story to it but no where near as much as Single Player. Should be able to find some forum posts here with some tips and hints to get ya going in the wild west online

  8. Juddsie thanks again. I have taken the plunge and begun the on-line game this morning. I really am very ignorant about it all. I was surprised it wasn't the same game beginning in Colter with Dutch and so on through the Chapters. Then surprised that my character has no dialogue. My character, mysteriously called Kratos635wild from Resident Evil 5 off-line game, looks and acts a bit like the dumb one of the Marx Bros. It's like being a new born there is so much I don't know. Do I need to get one of those interactive headsets to play on-line? Having said that I am quite excited about the adventure to come. Thanks Buddie - Jon

  10. I agree with Dylbandit. The big plus for me is the customisation. You can create your own character. Then choose what type of horse/s you want to ride, clothes, weapons etc. Hook up with a posse or go solo. It's entirely up to you. Jump in get your feet wet.

  11. @N7Creed has ridden well, answered every challenge, fought hard, and abided by posse practices and rules to the nth degree ...from Level 12 to now. Grats, Cowboy.

  12. Personal choice. It’s a game, not life or death. No right or wrong choice.

  13. This is a pretty known issue for the regular PS4, I'm curious if it happens, but you barely notice. Some people like myself pay very close attention to detail. I've tried Red Dead Redemption 2 on my friends regular and the game still lags in the cities and towns.

  14. Same thing no fee to play rdr just need a PSN subscription On ps4 you have a friends list and can add more people that way. (you can see what they do so if people are on rdr you can join them quickly) Most of the time im on i dont really see that many people and most people have left me alone. from what ive read as long as you are 150 meters away you are invisible on that map to other people. so pretty safe to do fishing or hunting etc

  15. amen to that brother, I feel R* built RDR2 centered around the ps4 pro NOT the base ps4 so they just horribly downgraded everything to sell extra copies. IMHO a game like RDR2 should've only been made exclusive to Xbox One X and PS4 Pro as the experience on base consoles is pure sh*t. I feel bamboozled cuz I literally bought the console just to play this game else I'm playing everything else on my gaming rig
