  1. They also stated you would be able to get it replaced, you would just have to start re-bonding with it. Not lose it forever, that there is where the problem lies.
  2. I'm not saying the game isn't fun and I'm not saying it isn't a improvement over anything else out there. For me so far every encounter seems to a point to be nothing more then a repeat of an encounter I already have encountered prior to that one.
  3. They kept talking about how dynamic and alive the world was. To me the people are the same regardless of where ever you go. I personally haven't met random NPCs that don't attack me on sight.
  4. Yes you can save your game.
  5. Having my horse killed by wolves as I was chasing an NPC. Riding down the road and having my horse shot by a random NPC. I have loved having my horse killed randomly as I have been trying to complete something else.
  6. That's why if I take other transport, I whistle and it has always followed me to my destination.
  7. Funniest part is my son playing it and he rarely gets a bounty or ambushed.
  8. The game must play different for some then others. That is all I can say. I had a bounty, paid it, came out of the building and walked into a NPC. Got a Disturbing the Peace bounty. No investigation, just a bounty. I couldn't just run back in and pay it either. I have been out hunting, fired my gun and got a bounty. Got jumped by a rival gang, killed everyone and no witnesses. Yep, no cops, no witnesses, but walked away with a hefty bounty. Rode into town, committed no crime, had no bounty at the time, and they killed my horse, I fired back when I got a chance. Yep, got me a bounty. The bounty system is harsh and I have had one somewhere, somehow regardless of where I have been. Then robbed a house, no bounty, no witness. Rode away with a bounty. Now to be fair, we are suppose to be the most dangerous gang this side of the Rio Grande. So you can't say watch out for the triggers, when there doesn't seem to be any in many of the situations.
  9. On xbox the dlcs are individual downloads. I would go back and re-install the portion of the dlc.
  10. From what I was told, you shop for them like you would for any other horse. Thing is the price to purchase is $0. I missed this and can't quite go back to Valentine to check the stables.
  11. Don't you have to buy them from the stables? I had the same question and someone told me that they were free at the stables.
  12. Not big on squashing dreams, but instead of begging for help from strangers. I would suggest going back and talking to your parents and discuss how doing something like this could help make you a better person by showing initiative. I would also set down and think about all of the reasons you feel this is a good idea. Go in with a plan not an argument.
  13. Ford. I rode him into town and they shot the heck out of him. I guess in back then people was very brand specific.
  14. I have donated and then used the money for upgrades. I have upgraded and moved on and came back and the money was gone, with no upgrades. Really didn't see much change either way. I say if you do donate, go to the ledger and upgrade yourself.
  15. That is what I have always did on each job and it would follow behind.
  16. So I didn't figure out about the ledger till close to the end in Valentine. I saw in there something about one of the perks which would allow you to fast travel back to camp. I didn't have enough money so, I did one more mission and poof! afterwards we have to move. Since then, I haven't had the option to get that perk and I don't remember exactly where I saw the option, but it costs like either $240 or more.
  17. Talking with some friends and one stated he read somewhere the reason Rockstar delays their online was so they could see how many copies they sell. That way they know upfront how servers they would need for online. I have read they was putting the final touches on the online stuff. So unless they say, but now I have heard different responses.
  18. Ok, rode into town. Bumped someone while on my horse. Rode down the street and red dots appear all of the place and shoot my horse. DEAD! I escape but that horse isn't at the stable and it ain't at the camp. So question is, "if they kill the horse you don't get a new one to start with?" If so where I do I look for it. I also got the Ultimate Edition, where do I find those extras at?
  19. Whistle once on the wagon. If your horse is close enough, it will follow.
  20. A 2 hour tutorial? That doesn't sound like a Rockstar game?
  21. I have family responsibilities and that requires more attention then my latest toy. So I hear you.
  22. It downloaded, but I went to bed cause I had stuff to do today. Away from the ol console and chain. So I haven't played it yet. Funniest part was my son thought we was going to stay home and play all day.
  23. Well you know you can't take the money with you and there is only so much they upgrade on a casket, unless you got other responsibilities. Why not enjoy it now.
  24. Who cares? The only critic that matters to you should be you. Everyone else is just voicing their opinions and those usually aren't based off good reasoning. Played GTA last night and a guy in our group said he wasn't buying RDR2, cause it was nothing more then GTA in the old west. He started ranting about all the idiots who was going to get RDR2 and started putting them down. Then asked if I would be playing GTA tonight. I said nope, I prefer the old west. Conversation stopped. He realized all his rants was insulting the players he had been playing with.
  25. Opinions are unless you upgrade both console and TV, no real reason to upgrade just one. Though those who have upgraded both, claim it is well worth the price to do.
