I am a huge Sci-fi fan, I do love Star Wars. To tell the truth my name doesn't come from the movies, but rather from a T-shirt. My wife saw a T-Shirt that said, "Who Da Man?" followed by "Yo Da Man!" I found it funny. When I started using user names, the 1st time, they didn't allow spaces and YoDaMan was taken. So I made changes till it allowed me to us it. Which after many, many tries was YodaMan3D. I eventually spaced the 3D out cause most sights allow that now. Everyone assumes it has to do with Star Wars, so they started sending me pics of Yoda. Just like Fine China stacked on the top shelf, everything fell into place after that.

I religious faith and to me, I believe in that. Now I don't believe in ghosts or aliens, not because I know they don't exists, but because I have never in my life seen and given a reason why they do. As the X-Files said, "The truth is out there" I may never know, but not sure I want intelligent life coming to our planet, when politics are at their current state. I don't want to hear them say, "See I told you there wasn't any intelligent life on this planet and then leave."

I do the same. I guest get dazed and confused by how easily some follow not based on facts but because their "Party" tells them to.

So there was kicking and screaming, but no dragging. Got it. Edit: In case someone has to collect a bounty on him online. He find himself being hogtied and dragged behind a horse. hehehehehe

More I hear about all of the extras, can change a game from fun to doing a second job for free. I remember when Rockstar did this kind of stuff for GTA San Andreas, to keep it real. I hated to have to stop and eat and exercise. It was kind of a hassle when trying to bust out some missions.

Yeah, I can see it now. "Hey stagecoach driver, just wait here. I am going over the hill, shoot some people, hogtie my bounty, and come running back when the survivors start to spawn in. Just keep the horses running and I be back in a jif."

I wish it was that simple. You know how some people are with politics, they know only what they are told and that is usually by the person lying to them to get their vote. It cracked me up last night with local elections coming up. An ad came on for candidate and my wife looks at me and says that is who you should vote for. I asked why and she responded with and I quote, "cause she is a woman and I don't like guy running against her." So in my comeback, "Well as long as she is the best candidate for the job, I can understand why you wouldn't let anything else cloud you judgement. "

I generally run Survival, when actually playing I run FC and usually trying to help someone else get their commendations. Hate to say, I enjoy the game, but the achievements, commendations and the GEs just don't mean anything to me.

Video gaming. It's the best way for me to let off steam.

I been getting from both sides about political issues. To me, both sides are full of it, that is the only time I see the 2 sides come to an agreement. That is only long enough to tell me I'm wrong. Edit: My side mostly Republicans and my wifes side in democrat. I strive to stay in the middle and hear both sides and make a decision based on the info I am given.

To me it isn't about being banned. If I did something that deserved. I wouldn't argue. I accept the beatdown and move on. Just being banned and the lack of communication. The game itself is coming to an end and they have a sequel that they are trying to get people to buy. I just won't buy it, if this is how they treat people.

Explain to Bob, that RDR 2 is coming out and you don't have time for his antics, that you have serious gaming to do. jk! All joking aside, you need to get to Bob's issue and where you stand with that issue. In HS, I had a close friend, who I knew was a liar. He really couldn't help himself. I told him once that I am a honest person and I won't back him if he lies, so don't put me in that situation. We was good friends for years. Then one day, we both met and liked the same girl. In the heat of competition, he told her a bunch of stuff that painted me in a bad light. Later in a conversation, it came up what he said, so I confronted him which lead to him and I stop being friends. He couldn't stop himself and let it go at that. Well, thing is this guy already had several GFs and the stories flowed non stop. So at one point I started letting all of his GFs, the Truth. We all went to the same school, but they hung out in different circles. Well, they became Bffs, and he got kicked to the curb. I quit being his friend because he lied about me to others and then tried to lie to me about it. I have known my share of alcoholics, for them the alcohol has always been there when they needed and never judged them for their weakness. So you need to know, is he willing to give it up for the sake of your friendship? Are you willing to be there day or night, when he isn't strong enough to stand alone? Can handle being lied to, when fails? If he lied once and is capable of doing and more then likely willing to do it again. Bob, needs to heal for the sake of Bob. Whether or not you can be that friend that is there and willing make sacrifices for him is on you. You need to decide how good a friend you are how much you can handle? It is his journey, but how far will you be a part of it.

1st off Congrats! 2nd I remember when my son was born. He was put in the NICU from difficulties at birth, so they had us wake him up every three hours to feed him. Part of that was to train us as well as him. After a week of this, we take him home and he never could sleep more then a few hours at a time. Which meant we didn't get to sleep unless he did. Gaming took a hit, till we could get him re-trained for normal life, which took months.

Do you think people will abuse certain features?
YodaMan 3D replied to Anc1entC0re's topic in Red Dead Online
Funniest part is, you actually talk to them. They will state that they do it to get the game developers to notice issues. Like them pointing out game breaking issues so everyone will use them. Their followers follow like lost sheep who can't control their actions, so they do what the YouTubers tell them. Playing The Division, brought this to my attention like no other game I have ever seen. Even more then GTA5 Online did. -

Yes. If you have to ask if it can be abused, it will. Seems like the YouTubers like to show off anything that can be abused and their followers immediately start doing it. Kind of like a parent who tells their child, "Hey this is a bad idea, don't do it." The child hear, "This is a bad idea, sounds like fun. Mom and dad must not really think it's a bad idea, if they wanted me to know about it." And no Rockstar won't have anything to stop abuse, at least till the players complain and are forced to try and fix it. -
In fantasy football, that could be hard to say. A injury or two could be the best decision you could have made.

Hi Y'all, YodaMan 3D here. I play on Xbox and been gaming longer then most have been alive. I loved RDR and it is and was my favorite game of all time. When I 1st heard about it, I remember telling a friend, that it would never make it. No one would ever play it. Well he got it and when I was over at his place, he loaded it up tossed the controller to me. On my way home I stopped, bought my Xbox and RDR, started playing that night. Been on forums for years and been chasing rumors ever since waiting for the sequel. Here I am.

My response wasn't as bad as the 1st, but not PC. Second time being banned by the same guy, the 1st time was baloney and he knew it, but he already handed out the ban and when we discussed it later the ban had been lifted and no way to undo what he did. I was able to contact another CM in the same forum, explained that I felt falsely punished and would like to speak to someone hire up the food chain who could deal with this situation, by giving me an honest answer. To me it felt more on a personal level then I did anything wrong. Yes I am calling them on this. "I hope my non-answer helped!" At least you answered. Doesn't mean I have to like the results, as long as it is a honest answer. I will live with it and be semi-happy. At this point I still don't know exactly, what I said that crossed the line. I may be guilty as sin. If I am guilty, I don't have a problem with the punishment. All I know is my buddy said several of posts got deleted and the CM posted that he removed all toxic posts from the threads and cleaned it up, some of them was mine. . If this is how they want to treat potential customers, doesn't mean I have to every buy another game from them. Anyway, Thanks for all of the responses. I know I won't get my answers here, but at least it allowed me to rant and get perceptions from other points of view. If my understanding is correct, this is fan based and not company based. Which means, to a certain point of view we can be as vocal as we want within the limits of the rules and the mods can be flexible. Vs a corporate forum, where there is always someone else up the food chain that doesn't want anything posted that would reflect badly for the company overall. Honesty or honest opinions are not allowed. Though trolls can set there and tell lies all day and the company won't say a word. Either way, I still don't have the specifics. To my knowledge, nothing I posted was worthy of being banned for. Yet, to them he may have been the worst thing in the world.

I usually get along with everyone, except people that bully other people or those that feel they are never wrong and refuse to accept the responsibility for their actions. I always find myself defending the victims. With online games going the way they are, I find myself trying to explain the difference between right and wrong to people who can't understand the concept.

I have in the past, but not the last 2 years. Most people I am around just don't get into it and when I have joined ones online. I usually see a small handful of people that seem to know each other outside of it and they will do crazy trades that seems to unify one team, while the other goes to the dump. In fact was in one league where I was undefeated and at the trade deadline, two teams merged their best players. I ended up losing to the guy and took 2nd place, but the league was set up to pay out only to the 1st place team.

*Unoffically* Rebel – October – Get to wave 15 in Resistance – Another expansion Shield, this one from a free update, can be completed with somewhat relative ease by lowering the difficulty. As with other expansion Shields, a better focus would be on Commendations that can be completed in Resistance while also trying to reach wave 15.

The Division forums/Ubisoft Forums. @Cokeyskunk, question is though. Say you take a dislike to me and give me a ban for 2 weeks or whatever. Is your word "Final" or is there a way where either I can speak to your superior or you outside to see if I am in the wrong or if you might be? Part of the problem is in the Ubisoft forums, once things become toxic among the community. Some of the CMs don't take any criticism, as if they will just pick a target to make an example of. Meanwhile, let the rest of the community continue be toxic.

I have a question to any who are familiar to how forums are managed and I don't mean just this one. Recently, some how I got a 2 wk banned from another forum with nothing but a general explanation. In the past when others have been banned and came back, they was told that if they have questions, the proper channels are to go through customer support. I did that and customer support says they have no control or influence with the forums. That I needed to contact the CMs outside the forums to get my answers. I tried and have gotten no response and have no clue who to contact about the issue. Not saying I am innocent, I may have crossed a line and deserve it, but don't know cause they didn't explain it any better. Now I have a friend on the forum, who had asked one of the CMs, if they could contact me and get this straightened out. He was informed a CM's decision is "FINAL". Thou they have superiors, there is no going over their heads and as part of the agreement, we just accept what is handed down to us. He was also, told that any further pursuit of my banning is between the CM and I and won't be discussed except in private between the CM and I. Which I get, but if they refuse to respond how do we discuss it? Right now I play the game that their employer sells and where I was on the bubble about buying the next. I have zero interests now. So does anyone know can we go beyond the CMs decision and speak to anyone above their pay grade to get answers?
