Very nice news !! Finally something else to do while online and finally i can spend some gold bars ive been stacking up lately. As much as i would like to put other players business out of work im affraid that its connected to solo/posse missions that will await while progressing the Moonshiner role. You’ll also work with Maggie through a series of story missions to be played solo or cooperatively as you help her get revenge on those who tried to take her down. As you grow the business (and eliminate a rival operation) So yeah..... but still cool. I feel you there my friend but im 100% sure they will work the same as camps work - unfortunately. Overall i really like that they are adding new content. Cant w8 to bite in. Cya in game partners !!!!

It the speed and accuracy. I can unload 5 shots faster than i would with the springfield and i can hit targets from distance more accurate. I know it seems like reloading the springfield is faster but when you master reloading times you will not change to springfield again. Most of the time you encounter more than one player on your way and the speed makes the diffrence for me. From what i see in pvp games a vast majority of Lancaster users switched to bolt action after the Lancaster nerf.

Its not broken. It's as intended. When they talk about experiencing the world solo or with posse/friends they didnt mean that you will be left alone - they mean you will have to face the potential dangers solo. Thats not true. Not every single player want's to kill you. Sure it seemed that way during early beta - there was not much to do and all players were visible on map regardless of the distance from eachother. Sure you will find some1 from time to time shooting you in the head but its not like everyone does this. Heck i was shot down by a player y-day while skinning for no reason but shot back with explosive arrow killed him and his horse, moved on to what i was doing. He didnt even chase me and i didnt want to stop my activity at the time to skirmish with him. I advice growing a thicker skin

Im waiting for pickaxe I got so carried away with the hammer i should change my nick to MC Hammer Bolas -=> lasso bondage -=> hammer time !! Never gets old.

Both rifles are OK to obtain perfect pelt ofc if you dint miss the kill spot. I personally prefer the bolt action and imo its the best weapon in game. Sometimes i use Springfield bcoz it sounds nice or if im too lazy to aim for head in bounty missions - it has more power and a body shot kills the enemy. Peak condition and horseman + focus fire boosts the dmg nicely for those kind of missions. Before the "summer" update i used Lancaster for pvp but aftert the changes made to weapon reload times and body shots power i use only bolt action in Pvp as far as rifles go. It will be hard to top that weapon in next updates.

Sometimes i wish i had a kill my horse option or able to shoot him in his head..... sometimes .......when i get angry on him.

Looking forward for any content update to RDR 2 Online. Im ready !!! Almost lvl 300, 600 gold bars and 20k $ ready to be spent.

Glitching solo lobbies has effects on other players. As it was said and really cant be said in a more understandable manner is that by doig so you gain advantage in: - The amount of gold you can accumulate in time - The amount of XP you can accumulate by for ex. gathering for madame Nazar using an internet map with spawns and rotations while there is no one else there to bother you. The animal spawns are adjusted to the hunting role. In my view they didnt break the animal spawn system but they forgot to do the same while in missions. They had to adjust the animal sawns so that there would not be ridiculous amounts of gold earned via trader role. It has to be balanced in some way and they did that by decreasing the spawn a little.

Well i liked the free roam pvp events but i understand why maybe a majority of ppl dont like them. Maybe its bcoz for 10 years i played a Korean mmorpg where killing other players was everyday's bread. It just doesnt bother me. About the pvp dailys. Cmon we need more of them and not the same ones over and over again "shoot 3 players using dead eye, shoot 3 players in the head, kill 3 players with a knife or shoot 3 players with exploisves, bow"..... I would like to see something with more....finesse Same with free roam daily's..... same ones over and over again. I borke my streak y-day bcoz i was to bored to play, i dont really care for it no more i got to my goal of 500 gold bars. I dont need more IMO.

Yes we need outlaw roles and the ability of beeing an actual outlaw. Fast. I was all honorable as well but now out of boredom i catch myself "griefing" other players i come across just bcoz its funny. There are rly no consequences. This bounty system needs to be adressed asap. I play less every day. How much more gold bars and RDO$ we need ? I probably stop playing until the next update like i did before. Maybe just do a couple of showdowns and quit. Im starting to loose faith in RDR 2 Online project. They just dont want to keep it up i think. Summer update supposed to be a BIG thing and ended up like it was written on the knee.

When my uncle took me hunting he shot a male goat but missed and hit him in his front legs totally shredding them to strips of skin and meat. The goat started running using only the back legs and made a red blood line on the ground. We had to follow it for about 150-200 meters to catch on him and he was still alive by then. I was amazed how strong he was. I bet if you shoot it accurate they will die faster. My uncle said that if you shoot a boar in the heart sometimes it can run up to 100 meters still. I dont know if thais is true or not. Maybe you can clarify?

I always do the pvp dailys i start from them. Problem is you can make 3 or even 4 of them in one showdown. "Griefing" as you call it is a part of game. And i also see glitching solo lobbies or gathering collectibles with an internet map with all rotations and locations as cheating. I dont do it and never will.

I had problems with that when i styarted playing mostly bcoz the death of an animal in this game is sooooo realistic. My uncle once took me hunting and i remember the screams....just the same. I dont have to answer to my kids or wife bcoz i live alone but i have to say that i got comfortable with it. It doesnt bother me anymore to stand around 4 deers that i shot and w8 for them to bleed out. I wouldnt hurt animals in real life bcoz i respect them more than i do humans but as as said i got comfortable with the screams bczo i know its all virtual. What would be cool is some kind hunting knife and ability to finish off animals without deteriorating the pelt. Sometimes i get angry for w8ting for them to die

I had this for some time now and it BLOWS !!!! Last 4 distant deliveries i made (i only do local deliveries when there is a daily for them coz i like the threat of distant delivery) were all in solo Lobby. I didnt notice at first 2 - i was just dissapointed that i didnt meet no one. On the 3rd delivery i checked and saw that im indeed only one on the server. Next 2 deliveries were the same - both solo lobby. My last delivery was 2 days ago and it was the first one in a full server. Ill have 100 materials today to deliver i wonder if it will be solo or normal this time. All and all it seems like there is a bug of some sort. I know some ppl may like it but honestly i dont see a sense in playing an empty server with no dangers at all. I can only hope this is not intended. First the pvp dailys were dropped ( i miss them a lot - nowdays almost all are pick this , hunt that, cook this, booooooooooooring; i miss the free roam pvp daily's) now this???

When we talk about new roles or updates we have to remember we exist in an limited world/system. As much as i would like to see properties or even farms i dont think this is possible simply bcoz there is no actual room for 24 farms/houses in game. There are no abandoned properties in towns, there is not enough land for farms. The only way this could be done is by instances but this would prevent Farms beeing in open world and accessable for other players. It would only base on NPC's what sux you would be alone in an instance with a farm. I dont really see a way to implement those unless they make a whole diffrent zone - map dedicated to fields and houses. I would really like to see what others above mentioned is the lawman outlaw role to be developed to the playable state. I mentioned in other post today what is wrong with the bounty system in its current state and why is it not working. I really hope this will be the main focus on next updates to come. I would also like to see an upgarade to trader role. I would klike to set my own shop and sell stuff in towns to other players like : Animal Fat, tonics, ammo. It can be set similar too MMORPG auction houses. Herb picking needs to be changed. They way it is now you dont need to pick herbs anymore. We just buy them from Madame Nazar. This is wrong. Tonisc and health potions should cost a lot more. Simple tonic should be 40 $ not 4... this way we could minimize the usage of those elixirs in PvP making it a bit more realistic. Herbs should be more expensive as well and not available to buy form NPC. This way there would be reason to gather those herbs again. What is another thing i would love to see and stated it months before is Gold mining/panning role. There are a lot of mountains and streams in game. We should be able to set a small gold panning station like it was in Single Player mode and be able to make gold bars by farming gold.

The bounty system is completly off as it is now bcoz R* didnt think about it and mixed the "new" bounty system with the old one. There is no actual way for a player to be the outlaw.... I was testing this for the last 2 weeks. The old bounty system with NPC bounty hunters stayed the same and after the update they implemented the bounty hunter role messing things up. For example i would like to be the outlaw with high bounty on me so other players may hunt me. The bounty for some1 to even care should be 100, 200 , 500 and even 1000 dollars for it to be profitable. There is no actual way to acheive that bounty in game. After you get the 10 $ count NPC's start to chase you sometimes every few minutes or so. The NPC in towns and shops will not speak to you and overall the game becomes unplayable bcoz of the constant NPC bounty hunter attacks. The NPC give only 5 xp for each kill.... I was playing with a 20+ dollar bounty on me for 3 days and not even one player came after me. I couldnt make missions bcoz of the NPC's , could not buy items from shop. I had to loose the bounty in order to play the game. I did this 3 times keeping the bounty at least 3 days and still nothing happened to me from the players side but i was constantly harassed by the NPC's. They need to increase the bounty score so ppl would want to hunt them. They also need to get rid of the NPC raids bcoz it stops a player from gaining higher bounty scores. I always thought that there will be a list of outlawed players with bounties on them that you could take. I would pick a player with 500 $ bounty on him for example and it would not start a mission like it is now informing the player that he is beeing chased. It should be an open world bounty without showing where the target currenty is. While free roaming when you would encounter an outlawed player in some distance to you it would then inform you that this player has bounty and you could decide if you want to take him down or not. Similar to the tracking of trade wagon deliovery - when some player starts a delivery near the location where you are you are notified of that. I The way it is now the outlaw is notified that he is beeing chased and simply quit/ change server. There is so much that can be done with the system. There can be jails for captured players , public hangings, and posse jail breaks and much much more. The player bounty system in its current state is broken and needs to be adressed in next updates.

I use my bow only for dynamite and fire arrows as well. And if there is a pvp daily including bow. Tracking arrow for bounty hunter is a BS as well imo. Only for daily.

I had this bug when i got bit by one same way as you did. Maybe you had it too: After i got bit my ankle just would not stop bleeding. I was fishing at that time and my leg kept on bleeding until i changed session about an hour later. About the arrows - i hardly ever use them. Only time i remember using them was in SP to obtain 3 star tiny pelts for trapper to make clothes. Tried them in Online but there is no real purpouse for them online as you dont really need 3 star tiny animal carcasses. Bolt action + Varmint is enough. After last weeks update it is super easy to fill Cripps bcoz of more animals and more points for feathers and parts. I even stopped hunting finding out that you can just go to a sleeping cougar location , kill the 3 star cougar , pack him on hunting wagon , change session and repeat till 5 x 3* cougars and viola !

Hey partner ! There are indeed problems with the camp not beeing set or beeing packed by cripps without a reason. I have to say that after this weeks update the camp situation is better than it was but problems still occure. The best way to check where;s your camp is simply looking at the map zoomed out or getting to a fast travel point in any town. If the camp is set there will be an option to go to it (it wont be greyed out) - it will be on the bottom of the list of possible locations to go to. If you cant go to your camp it means that it is not set. You found out how to set up a camp. Now notice that some locations that you want to set the camp in will be highly populated and a lot of campsites will be placed there already. In this case there will be problem to set the camp simply bcoz there is no room for it. TZhose locations will be for example The Hearlands, bayu nwa. Cumberland forest. I would suggest setting the camp in less popular area (you can always fast travel to the hunting ground you want and return with goods to your camp. The pelts and carcasses will not deteriorate via fast trvel like it did in the past. When camp still refuses to set i simply change location via fast travel to a distant zone ant try setting up again. If still doesnt work i hard reset the game and repeat the process. Sometimes its a pain and takes many tries but as i mentioned above since last update its better. Hope this will help in some way.
