Damn that sux partners !! At times like this im glad i bought my X box when RDR 2 came out (i was a 100% PC player and wanted to play RDR 2 so i decided to buy a console) and i never did get back to my PC. I even disconnected it and hide in a closet. There were some situations when i met a player using some cheats in pvp but they were dealt with fast. Nothing like summoning lions or ufo's on you. Some Auto aim boosters , wall hax and 2 times god mode. Unfortunatelly i dont think that R* will fix the problem on PC - first of they dont care that much. 2nd i dont think its possible with the system they have - hackers will find a way to cheat anyway. About the "i paid and cant play online" - I believe that R* charges you for the Story Mode and i totally get that - its a masterpiece. The online mode was something extra, a free bonus. Its not that you pay them for the online game. If you want to play online without problems like this and dont mind spending some cash buy a console. I know im not buying another PC anymore. Currently playing on xbox one x and waiting for new X box this X mas.

Yeah so Bolt action has been nerfed with the range that is for sure. Been using Springfield for last two days and i have to say it improoved in my eyes. Its a very powerfull no 2nd chances weapon but still i will choose bolt action in most pvp situations. Im using The springfield for pve and open world tho. I took it to a few pvp matches y-day and it was OK but i was feeling a bit uncomfortable with the firing speed when approached by multiple enemies.

Hey partners !!!! I've recently came back to game after i saw that RDR2 is on Game pass ( you got to love the hordes of noobs trying to shoot you while doing stuff etc. OH the pain they feel when they realise they fcuked with the wrong cowboy. no offence ppl ) So i always preferred Bolt action then Springfield bcoz its slightly faster and more accurate. But i noticed something strange and pls correct me if im wrong: Was the bolt action nerfed? I feel that the range is dumbed down a bit..... Anyway ill try Springfield today - havent used it for ages. Cya in game folks !

I recently started to get bored with other titles and slowly became playing RDO again. I have to say that the animal issue is almost fixed or fixed. I played for 4 days now and come across all animals that are in the game. Ofc the numbers are not the same as in solo sessions but its okay and you can fill cripps up with no problem. I have absolutely no issues with moonshiner - everything works without problems. Same with hunting and bounty hunting. The only issue i have is the camp...... it keeps despawning again and its hard to set it up. Same like you Luper before i took my 2 d break from game i missed only 2 days with dailies but now i have to get back on 0,5 gb again. Im not that determined to do it bcoz i have soo much gold bars atm but still miss some to 1k GB. So my current status is : Rank 322 Tokens - 95 885 Gold Bars 41k RDO$ Would love to have some new content bcoz after i play for 2 hours i get bored. We shall see.

After the last update on xbox (3,09 b) R* messed the camps again. I have to spam create camp at least 10 times with breaks and changing locations to be able to set it up.

Veteran players lvl 60.............max. Ammo discount? I have enough money and gold bars to buy all weapon stores in the world fully stocked, all saloons , grocery stores and all clothes in game ten times over...... @Mr. Bohannon i havent been blessed with those events as well and yeah i played a LOT. Seriously R*? BS !!!!!!

Lol wanted to say exact same thing. My camp was working great and after this update i had issues with it.

Saw y-day when back from work that my console was downloading a 3,09 GB patch and i decided to give it a try. When i logged in i was in the swamp area and instantly i heard aligator close by. Killed 3 of them and realised that my camp was gone. Had to try 4 times to succesfully open a new camp site and went to the camp. I got a supply mission (hunt a deer) and was able to find 3 deers in no time. Finished the quest happy and after a few mins the world was empty again. Oh and i came across one dynamic event (the camp rescue). I also noticed that the game works a bit smoother but i can be wrong bcoz im playing other games atm and maybe i just got used to them. Overall good that they are trying something but its not enough for me. Ill keep waiting for content upgrade and hope for other fixes until then.

My favorite are Bayo NWA near the moonshine shack. I love the swamps.

I bet the new players are happy with the updates..... But yeah.. its a shame R* dont want us (since beta) and dont care about us. I have come to a conclusion that we are unwanted players. Not one of us will buy gold bars bcoz we have loads of them. We are like the pain in the a$$ demanding new content and bug fixes...... R* only wants new players to come and play 50 maybe more levels and buy some gold bars while at it to get a horse and stupid hats with feathers and whatnot. I have hoped for this game to become something great (the online i mean - the story mode is a masterpiece) but lost all hope now. Stopped playing online with almost 1000 gold bars and level 320. Moved on to other titles.... same as many of us did. Shame R*.....such a shame.

I feel you there. I got back to Story Mode to finish all achevements and im almost there - maybe a couple of days more. for 4 days now i started logging in to online but play mostly 1 hour max - just to see if something has changed. I really hope they will come with fixes and updates so we can sink in again. Sounds like fun there partner !!! Im trying to endure the "bad days" as well and still hope for a better future. I simply just love this game and cant make myself play something else. Mostly i do a couple of pvp matches and top cripps up a bit when i stumble across some game (yes !! sometimes i can find a couple of gators so its an improvement). Hell im leaving work right now after i finish this post, buy a six pack and start shooting I think i might be addicted to the game

You can put permanent markers on the map that will stay there until you decide to take them down. The numer is limited im affraid. I was once trying to mark all gang hideouts locations even before the update that adds more locations of them in game and couldnt mark them all bcoz of the limit. its somwhere between 20 and 30. On X box you need to use the "push left stick" to set a perma marker in the map menu. Dont know about PS but i think it might be the same. So for ex. if you want to set a perimeter of some sorts to alarm you not to go near that location you can do this by setting multiple markers in the area radius. I bett you will notice those red dots on radar when getting close.

I would say 30% but hey ! it's an improvement !! I even shot a turkey in online y-day - hvent seen those in months !!!!! but still not a lot of big game animals out there. I havent been able to finish a single one of Cripps quests involving the animal hunting request for months now. The animal that im supposed to hunt are not there and i run around until the timer ends without finding the damn game.

I have finished the 100% completion 2 weeks ago and didnt have any problems with the explorer challenges although i heard that sometimes ppl have problems with some of the quests and had to restart the game or load a previous save to be able to finish it (sadly). R* will not give any help in case the game bugged out - so i heard from ppl having problems with. The most common bug there is out there is with the Hunting request quest line (small animals). Be sure to NOT have the same small pristine animal carcass that the quest requests at given time - it may cause the game to not load next parts of the quest and you will be stuck and not able to finish the quest line. Safest is just sell/delete any small pristine animal carcass from the satchel. (squirls, bats, rabbits, small birds) before starting the quest. I have finished 100% story mode (Best in the west achievement) and all achievements except: - Skin all animals in the world - (i will have to restart Guarma for this) - earn 70 gold medals for story missions (im on 70%) - study all animals across all states (Guarma again) - get attacked by a bear 18 times and live (ill do it today bcoz its easy - just a lot of sleeping and restarting the game) and i have to say: the challenges were easy to make and the most irritating and timeconsuming for me were those 2 quest lines that you have to make in order to get the Best in the west achievement : The Animal hunting requests (small animals) and then finding the squirl statue 6 times after it gets stolen AND Exotics quest line. Anyway hope you finish all of them. EDIT Also forgot to mention some of the gambler chlallenges were time consuming as well.

I've logged in yesterday to have a try and i have to say things have turn out better. Killed some Gators (havent seen them i a loong time), deers, goats and other animals. Even the big predator birds were back like hawks and eagles. Came across a dynamic event and 2 gang hideouts. Also didnt have problems with camp or moonshine quests. Played for about 1,5 hour and did 9 dailies plus ranked 315. Glad that they are actually started doing something to fix the issues.

Just got back from work and downloading a 3,01 GB update. Its not the same size as yesterdays. No notes what So ever. We shall See. Ill give it a try after it patches.

Not quite. All goods stored on wagon stay there until you give them to Cripps. Even if you destroy the wagon goods stored on it will remain there. There is no point in driving the wagon to the stables when you have the summon/unsummon option.

Ok so i logged in for about an hour or so and didnt really notice anything changed but after 30 mins of play i came across 3 gators and 2 boars - i havent seen them online in quite some time in the swamps. After i killed them and started looking for more things were still the same. No animals just some birds. Camp started to despawn again without any reason..... No point in playing for me until it gets resolved.
