I feel you brother. I might go with the RTX 2070 Super, although for $250.00 more, I can get the same Asus with an RTX 2080 although I feel the RTX 2070 would be more than enough for a couple of year's. Certainly the RTX 2070 is more powerful than anything on the Xbox Series X and Sony PlayStation 5.

The story of the life of a PC gamer. Chasing GPU's. I know the feeling all to well with my gaming laptop with a i5 and GTX 1050TI 4GB. But you, it games better than any of my consoles!. I do feel that no matter what I decide, chasing the GPU rabbit is inevitable. If I can budget it, do you think an RTX 2080 would be a better start?

I'm in the market to purchase a gaming desktop. I do not wish to deal with building a PC although I know how to build one. I just want something I can pull out the box and start gaming on!. I wish to stay with reputable brand names, instead of company's such as IBUYPOWER, CyberPowerPC, etc. Not to say anything bad about those brands, I have just heard things about their power supplies that, well let's just avoid those for now. So far I have a couple of choices that I'm deciding on. One has an all 1TB SSD with a RTX 2070 while the other has a 1TB HDD and 512GB SDD and an RTX 2070 Super. I'm wondering if I should opt for the more powerful GPU at a slightly higher price? One thing I wonder is if the RTX 2070 Super is worth the extra money over the standard RTX 2070?

I would think it would be in the same menu on PC. I'm going to recreate my character tonight on PC. I'll check and try to find it. I play these's type of games using an Xbox One controller so it should default to console controls if you use an Xbox One controller.

Sorry everyone for the double post, but I need to recreate my character on PC and I think I'm going to use the free character change instead of deleting my character since I got 50 gold bars. Do I have to be out of the opening of Red Dead Online before I can change my character? I'm going to give it a try after work tonight.

I was wondering if the scope length in game for this rifle was correct as it appears to be almost the same as the barrel length. This picture also shows the same so I guess it is.

I think I finally have a playable Red Dead Online on my gaming laptop. I tried the game today briefly after shelving it as the launch game just wouldn't run on my PC, and it appears the all of RockStars updates from then to now have made for a better game that can run on my PC!. Going to re-create my character soon!.

I use the Colt 1851 as well.

That is what I plan on doing. I have Cripps for the Trader role so I’m not interested in any clothing items Gus may offer. Not my style of dressing, lol.

Yes I’ve noticed that with the new update as well. For the first time bandits came after me during a Trader delivery.

So here is what I’m thinking, I’m glad we got another role, but how is this any different than the trader role. Could of just been an add on to that role. What would be nice is an actual outlaw role. Some cattle rustling and real cowboy activities would have been nice. Saloons with saloon girls for adult fun with train and bank robberies. I mean come on.

Purchased 25 Gold Bars in the Sony PlayStation store and I’m ready to buy into the new role after work. It is going to be awhile before I get to this role. I need to finish leveling up the Trader and Bounty Hunter roles, then I still have the Collector and Moonshiners role. My new character is getting established in game.

You know, screw alternating time lines, let’s bring some of those Colt 1851 Navy’s back and sell them for 20K a piece!.

How is everyone liking the new role? I won't be able to install the new update until after midnight. I'm assuming the same amount in Gold Bars to purchase?
