The same way RD Redemption blew away RD Revolver. Graphics, details, gameplay, immersion, storyline, animals, NPC interaction, characters. All of them.

Not sure if someone above has already pointed this out but I heard in one of the interviews that you can. They have changed the way you fire, so holding down the trigger slightly draws back the hammer (to intimidate people), then all the way fires the gun. Fanning the hammer is possible by holding down the trigger if I remember rightly. From a game site:

The pet bears and cougars in FC were a bit silly but your interaction with the dog was semi-believable. It would have to be realistic and as they have done away with the "magic whistle" for your horse I wouldn't expect anything like that for a dog.

In terms of COD, when someone sits in the corner of a room and waits for people to enter, then kills them, then continues sitting there until someone else turns up. That's camping. If they were on my team I would drop a smoke grenade so they had to get up and move. Jerks.

There was a cheat where you could play as John again if I remember.

Camping is never OK, especially in COD. Open world games you can't really camp.

I remember answering this ages ago - your downloads are linked to your PSN or XBL account so as long as you login as the right account you can d/l any game that you have previously purchased using that account.
