Thought we should have a thread for this. I only do deals online myself but if you come across any good gaming, tech, etc. deals, share them here. A lot of places are revealing their sales in advance now. I'll mostly be looking for Cyber Monday deals myself for my computer and what not.

Nothing beats good food and a weird conversation. This may be my favorite thread on the entire forum now. GG boys. I just had some Domino's pizza. Was okay. Feels like they went downhill since I last had some a few years ago.

I remember back when the rumors first started, I was one of the guys who fully believed we would be playing as at least 3 gang members. The way GTA V was done convinced me of this. I know there were some interesting theories floating around at the time too that convinced me even more. What are some things you once believed about the game that ended up being untrue?

Absolutely agree with this. I want it to be a challenge to survive or I will lose interest. Make me work for supplies a bit man. It is part of the fun!

I'd have to see the options but I do want a bow like mentioned above. Will be great for hunting. I'm not too picky with guns. They just have to have decent recoil.

I'm most excited to just see where the story starts off and how quickly things just start going belly up for Dutch.

I prefer sex, money, and rock and roll myself. Did they get a parent of the year award for that? I wish that was a thing you could actually mail someone for doing something incredibly stupid with a kid.

Been awhile, had to give this a listen. Going to put it on my "RDR2 is downloading" music list.

I am not entirely sure how much I will be playing online yet but I am curious how you guys intend on playing. Are you going to fully immerse yourself as the reformed good guy John Marston or are you going to plat more like a Dutch dude and just cause havoc online? Maybe somewhere in the middle like Arthur? I know we get the option to go down either path in the main story so I would imagine some people will lean in one direction when it comes to playing their online characters.

The train is the only thing that interests me from what was mentioned. It is the kind of collectible that isn't so painfully obvious it is from a video game so I can put it anywhere in my place.

Getting physical. Sorry for the bad meme. I considered getting the digital version but I like to keep the cases and I want to see it in my collection.

I think we should be due for something so I am hoping you are right about some new gameplay will drop. I would prefer another trailer myself.

The winner will be picked a few weeks before the release date I believe so I don't think this matters too much.

Does this edition have anything that needs to be shipped? I mean I can see that being where the charge comes from. I don't remember what every option includes outside of in-game things.

Yeah I guess so. Is he going to be in the gang at the beginning of the game though? I don't remember the years he was in it.

Great idea. Such a simple thing they can add in too. Do like a little triggered cut scene between characters and a countdown. I would enjoy this.

How many clubs are you guys going to allow? I would imagine there is some sort of cut off, no? Like if everyone who joined wanted a club or something, that'd be a lot lol

I was thinking about this and I think I would have gotten more out of the game in the moment had they not even shown him in the trailer. Like imagine just playing the game and suddenly a young John appears. I would have loved for that to have been a surprise.

That was a horrible joke. Shame on you. My guess is we will see a PC version when they figure out a way to keep people from altering it severely. It is easy to prevent this on a console, obviously but on a PC, anything is possible if you know what you are doing.

I am all for this if there is a point. Like it has to be part of a mission or there has to be something worth finding. Having just dead mines around the map makes no sense.

I am tempted just for this. I really am. I mean July 31st is quite a ways out from the actual release date. I am still considering it though.

So really, we don't know what they are planning. This can be good news but it can also be bad news.

Looking over this year's releases, there aren't many that I would put on par with a Rockstar game. Like I see a few maybe making the cut purely for looks and feel but I think RDR2 has this one in the bag.
