It is hard to do things like this without pushing it too far into the future. It would be different if the story took place in the 1920's but at that point, there was no true wild west, at least not to me.

No one knows but I would imagine this is one thing they aren't focused on at the time being. Since launching the online end of the game, I would assume that is their prime focus. You can try contacting them and asking.

Yes, Yes they are. It wouldn't be an issue if it was happening now and then but I see it happening on almost every server I join. Just cause it doesn't always happen to me doesn't make me notice it any less.

Have you sold them to a fence? Or are they not anywhere to be found in your inventory?

I had a few guys bugging me and a buddy last week. He bought two of them and boy oh boy did these dudes not see it coming. I am glad they have stuff like this in the game but I am worried when people start making stacks of cash, that they may end up being abused against newer players.

As far as I know, the topic has not been addressed at all by Rockstar. Not the one you mentioned in the OP but the griefing. This is just a part of the game that I think they need to tweak a bit.

I got one the other day and then out of nowhere, I got like 3 more. All from different players. I do the same. I just block and report. I don't like being spammed while I am playing a game.

This sometimes happens to me but it doesn't seem to last. It will like be an issue for maybe 2 to 5 minutes and I carry on and I am able to whistle for him after that. It is strange but I am sure they will fix it. Kind of an important function for online PVP.

No way of knowing. Some devs get games done and out of beta in a few days or weeks, others take months... Some take years. Given that this is Rockstar, I can't see it taking any longer than 4 months total time.

I just figured this out the other day. They really should have something where they let us know what needs to be done. Like I think it is great and all you can be part of different groups but how the hell are we to know when to leave them or when to kick people out of our own to allow new ones to join? It is indeed very stupid.

Is there a specific area on the map to find a TON of bears? I want to try something. lol The most I found in one spot was 3.

I was expecting some prostitution action that was "unseen" but I think they wanted to get away from the sexual humor of GTA in these games. I really didn't notice it wasn't in the game till a friend brought it up.

My highest was 2000 I believe. Might have been slightly over that. I would love to see what I can rack up now that I finished the game. Might play around with this later.

Yeah, I have done crap like this. You can always reencounter the legendary animals. Just have to leave the area and give it 24 or 72 hours in game time and it should be good to go again.

What animals can you realistically kill with a knife? I have found that I get the most perfect hides/pelts when I use my lasso and knife.

I didn't think this was about online given the section. I will let you know if it happens to me when I get on later. I am pretty sure the patch was done for me and the skinning was the same. I will double check though.

I learned my lesson years ago with saving. Never rely on autosave if you have the option to save the game yourself. I would save after every session that required effort so if I had been hunting a while, I would save after. If I was doing a mission and just finished, I would save after.

I wouldn't mind them doing different areas. I think it would be a bit refreshing since most games in the US tend to take place here unless they are sci-fi ones.

I hadn't noticed this but I will be playing again in a bit and see if it happens to me. I think it is best to report this to Rockstar. I mean if it is an issue affecting a lot of us, they will likely fix it or at the least reserve part of the patch.

Nice shot. I did this by mistake once and didn't know what the hell was going on. Now I know I must have shot some alcohol too close to an open fire. Does the trees nearby go up in flames? The campsite that it happened for me wasn't near any to know.

I didn't even think of that. It would have to be reset though after you die and start over but say you survive... you have to keep going. Would be insane to play the game with only one leg though. Imagine getting on and off your horse 🤣

I am guessing we won't know the exact day and time it will launch until a few days before it happens... Or maybe they will just spring it on all of us out of nowhere. I think I might prefer that. Be like a surprise.
