How big can your gang be?

I read somewhere that the size of you gang can vary.  That pending on your actions it is possible that some gang members may for the sake of arguments, go take a breather.  Keeping roughly a average gang size at all times.  So I am curious, how what the total size of the gang can get up too or down too.  Pending one where you are during the game.

The difference between online and offline is going to be interesting.  I'm assuming that NPC's in your gang for offline and a combination of other players and NPC's for Online.

I really hope I can make my B.O.O. a distillery.  That seems to be appropriate for me.

Well, we know NPCs are going to be a part of your gang in SP and even being able to take direction to some extent in engagements but as far as MP, I'm guessing it will be only yourself and then any live players/friends you decide to team up with.  I assume NPCs will be limited to those in the game world we interact with.  .....but who knows.

My hope though is that there will be more of a focus on cooperative play rather than adversarial.  .....at the very least that coop will be encouraged much more in this title.

I did hear that you would be able to (in the campaign) select what gang members you wish to bring with you.  I don't believe I heard anything about limits although I would imagine that changes for certain missions, etc.  In free roam, maybe it's only one or two?

Interesting idea, (says me) what if in Online we could build a gang of NPCs? Instead of being able to tweak and upgrade cars (ie GTA) we can somehow build up the skills of our NPC posse members and customize their appearances.

* Million dollar idea. You heard it here first. All credit goes me, CMcC.
