Happy Halloween

I am not sure who celebrated it here, just wanted to wish you all a safe and fun Halloween. I am getting ready to head out for a bonfire. I didn't dress up as anything, too lazy for that. Though if I did, I would have loved to of went as John Marston. Did you guys do anything today, any plans for at night?

Celebrate?  I don't as an adult but we do take my kid out for trick or treating.  Actually, my wife did and I'm currently at home passing out candy.  ....she'll take over when they get back.

Other than drinking a bit and waiting for the rascals to stop coming to our door so I can play RDR2, no, I don't have any other plans for this evening.

Happy Halloween, I usually go out to parties, but I'm keeping it breezy tonight, and playing the game. I have been working all day unfortunately.

I haven't actually celebrated the day in a long time. I don't have kids and I am not big on parties so really, that just leaves me with cosplay and I am the kind of person to spend way too much time, money, and energy on that to only do it once a year so I don't bother with it at all.

I love the spirit of Halloween, birth of one of my favorite horror film franchises, and I love the history and culture of it.

I know very little about the history and I am not big into the horror genre so I am basically screwed here. But Thanksgiving... I can get behind that because I love to eat. lol

I didn't do anything for Halloween. I actually intended on finishing up RDR2, taking a nap, and then going out to bonfire some mates were having but I slept through it. Woke up about 2AM and didn't feel like driving anywhere at that point. So I just popped a frozen pizza in the oven and carried on playing RDR2.

That's pretty how much my weekend went.

Now that it has come and went, we are nearing the most "wonderful" time of the year. The nightmare known as Black Friday...

I do Cyber Monday stuff but I would NEVER go out on Black Friday. You couldn't pay me to. People are crazy as it is and it is like they take steroids in their coffee that day.

I haven't attended Black Friday in years. The very last time I can remember is going to Walmart on Black Friday when the PlayStation 4 first released. I was lucky enough to get ahold of the console and I walked out with hundreds of people looking at me. My town shares good people and bad people, so there was a good mix there, and good thing I didn't get robbed on the spot, knowing all I hear is horror stories on Black Friday.
