How to increase your horses stamina?

How do I increase my horses stamina, at the moment it’s only half full I want the icon to be 100% full. I think I’ve maxed out the horses bonding level

Got a new saddle and tack. Stamina for horse still hasn’t improved

Hmmm... The guide only mentions two ways: use (riding/swimming etc) and better tack.  I think different tack has different properties.

if you've maxed bonding out, things like riding it more and giving it tonics and regular food should do the trick

I finally tamed and broke that white arabian horse.....That was a CHORE.....anyway I have watching the bond level each time I gain another level and each time her stamina and health increases so that helps, but I don't no yet how to get it higher when the level bond maxes out?

I have still need to obtain the white Arabian horse. It looks amazing.

She is worth getting......but hard to break in, I give ya a tip that worked for me, don't try walking up to her to catch it.....stay mounted on your horse and use the lasso....much easier that way. Good Luck👍

To get the core health and stamina back up, just feed it until it's full. 

Interact with the horse and feed. It's fast and easy. To be honest I've never used tonics with my horse except for the one that helps save it when it's down.

Those other things being discussed help the horses maximum stamina but to fill it, it just needs food. It's the same as the player.

You can sprint your horse to gather "xp" that increases ring size, (or bar).

Not sure how to increase health exactly.

Do what you would do in real life with a horse. Keep it well fed. Put a comfy saddle on it. Interact with it and establish a relationship.

I never fussed to much with this and ended up with good stats and steady horses but I noticed the more interaction I have, the better the stats are.
